I had a query about an order I was waiting for, I emailed and received a very helpful response almost immediately, and all sorted and a follow up email to check I was satisfied! That's great customer service!

Overall one of the worst experiences I've had with my first and last order with SilkFred! Poor delivery (£125 order left in my front garden ready to be picked up by anyone!), poor quality (the worst quality ove seen), poor communication for delivery and returns (false attempted delivery then a random packing unsafe in the front garden on a random day instead of a designated safe area. No confirmation or returns receipt even though you can track and see they received the order, 11 days before I got anything from them after chasing it day 3 of receipt!). However, customer service is great from Helen! At least something was good there! At least the parcel made it to me and back thankfully! Now I'm just waiting on getting the money back!
If you like stress, uncertainty and poor quality - this is your place to shop! Hope you have better service than I did if you shop!

Absolutely amazing customer service reached out to them and they were back in touch with me instantly, they've kept in touch the whole time and now my parcel is on the way without any problems at all, couldn't thank Lucy any more for resolving the problem and being so on top of any problems! I would definetely be buying from silkfred again, i needed to change my dress size, it was changed so quickly and without any fuss, and the dress is gorgeous just how you see it online.

Great customer service, really easy to communicate with, my refund was requested and within half an hour it had been sorted out for me, shame the dresses weren't to my taste but I know I will get something again soon, I have quite a few of the dresses now and all quality and worth the money.

I ordered 2 jumpers from silkfred they arrived and were not as described - I returned the items and had to chase them for acknowledgement of receipt - they have refused to refund me and now have the jumpers and my money - they will NOT refund me as they say they dont need to - complete rip off merchants would advise not to use them

Hannah was absolutely amazing with her quick and prompt responses to any questions I had about the returns policy. Her service was outstanding.
Whilst I couldn't return everything as every seller has different policies, Hannah was super helpful.
Suggestion for future would be to ensure consistent returns policy that would minimise confusion.

Silkfred customer service is one of the best I have dealt with. They are quick to reply and polite and professional. They resolve matters in a very acceptable timeframe. I feel confident ordering items from this site as I know any issues that may occur will be dealt with correctly

Great website - had to return some items, sent a few email queries to the Customer Service Team about refunds and Kara/Ruth and the team were really good at coming back to my questions - really quick efficient response. Lovely quality clothes but makes a real difference when the customer service is as good, especially if you are tracing a return/refund.

I placed an order but my daughter had already ordered the item! I e-mailed Customer support at Silk Fred to ask if it was possible to cancel my duplicate order. I was not sure if it could be done but Lucy came back to me very quickly to say that it had been cancelled. The speediness of the response and the courteous way in which my request was carried out was excellent. Will definitely use Silk Fred again. Thank you

I have shopped with Silk Fred for many years - as has my daughter. The choice and quality of the clothes is excellent and we cannot fault customer service (especially Leanne). Delivery is fast, communication is friendly and prompt. Returns process is easy and quick if needed. We have many items from Silk Fred and will continue to shop with them. One of my latest purchases is a Gigiland Red Boho maxi dress and I love it. It makes me feel good without me even trying. The jeans were my very first purchase - Jovonna London YoYo flared jeans a number of years ago and are worn regularly and I love them too (I loved them so much I also bought them in the grey). Would recommend to anyone - I'm 75 and my daughter is 42. We both wear a lot of Silk Fred clothes and they always brighten up our day.

I have placed several orders from SilkFred. They have so much choice and every item i have received has been good quality and the sizing is spot on. They are amazing for customer service and are so helpful, definitely the best customer service i have received from anywhere in a long time! Really good efficient service. Received items in good time and the returns process was straightforward. Chased up a return payment and it was dealt with immediately and payment received promptly. Would recommend and use again. Nice personal correspondance too.
