I have had an awful experience with Showpo. I was so excited to order a dress from them for my wedding that I accidentally ordered the dress twice (truly my mistake). I noticed right away so I immediately reached out to customer service to cancel the order. The lady I spoke with confirmed that she had cancelled the order and I could re-place the order the next day once I received confirmation.
The next day somebody else reached out to me saying they couldn't cancel my order anymore because it was already ship. I was truly confused because I know the dress hadn't shipped yet when I contacted them 5 minutes after placing the order and I was told then that the order would be cancelled. Regardless, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took their direction to request a refund for the duplicate order once I received the shipment.
I requested the refund as soon as I got the package. I kept one dress and returned the other in the same manner it was received. It has now been over 2 weeks since sending back. I just spoke with someone else at customer service and they said my return was "put on hold". I have no idea what that means, nor was that ever communicated to me. I asked for more information on what that meant and have yet to receive a reply.
It is truly disgusting how they treat their customers, especially when some of us are shopping for such special occasions and these should be exciting times but they have only made it a nightmare for me. I regret ever shopping with this company and will steer everyone away from them in the future.
I had an issue which was my error and the customer service took care of it and corrected my error quickly and nicely. Awesome service. Awesome website.

I ordered from showpo once and was satisfied with the clothing. I tried again and all the clothes were terrible quality and way too large on me. I am 5'3, have a B cup and weigh about 95lb, a size 00 (double zero) should fit me.
For returns they make you purchase a label for $9. No, they don't subtract this from your refund but you have to pay out of pocked on top of what you paid previously.
On top of that they only give you store credit.
I held on to my store credit for a while and ordered again a few months later, and I swear it seems like the quality gets worse with each purchase. The quality was extremely bad, fabric itchy, cheap and simply terrible.
Now, I had to pay ANOTHER $9 to return these clothes and am again left with store credit. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I am so upset. I don't want store credit. For all I know the clothes are going to be too large and super cheap looking again when I order, and then I have to pay $9 again to return the stuff.
Truly never ordering from this company again, I would if their return policies weren't so inconvenient and unfair. But truly never. Again.
Worst buying experience I've had in a while. I've purchased stuff on Wish for like $5 that had better quality than these clothes.
Just DON'T do it.

As a petite girl I struggle finding clothing that fits me! Showpo is one of the only brands I can confidently buy without having to alter my clothing. I love that they include everybody - all sizes. Furthermore, they have great costumer service and help you with your problems quickly and professionally!

I do a lot of online shopping and ShowPo seriously is one of the most amazing companies I have dealt with. First of all, when I was on the site shopping, I was able to live chat with someone who was extremely friendly and answered my questions straight away. Once I placed my order, I literally received it the NEXT DAY! The material of all 4 items that I ordered were amazing, the quality was good (no loose threads or cheap feel to them), the earrings I ordered were not cheap, they were heavy metal. The sizing was right for all items of clothing but one. I returned it and emailed ShowPo the same day stating that I needed the dress for a wedding, and the staff were absolutely incredible! They replied within minutes of me sending them emails (and went back and forth for a while), I explained my situation, showed them a receipt that I had posted the return, and they were kind enough to send the store credit into my account before they even received my package to make sure I had enough time to order the right size dress!
I'm seriously blown away. Will 100% be ordering from ShowPo again! Xoxo

At first, when I put in the order, the express shipping said it would come Thursday, and I needed it for homecoming which was the following SATURDAY. Then Thursday came and it didn't show up. I was getting nervous because I needed it asap, and so I checked the website again and it said since I was in the US it would now take much longer which it didn't tell me before ordering. I bought a bunch of makeup, jewelery, and a pair of shoes just to find out that I wouldn't get the dress in time. Now I wasted 300 dollars on accessories for the dress, I paid extra for express shipping, I can't even return the dress for money back just store credit, and I have nothing to wear for homecoming so thanks Showpo I hope you are happy. But apart from this, the dresses are cute, afordable, and the website is very efficient.

I have finally been refunded after I emailed them multiple times. I was refunded the price of the dress, but not the tax and shipping. It wasn't worth fighting over $10

I returned a dress (in its original packing and everything!) the dress was more formal looking than I had thought so I didn't even try it on! It has been three weeks and I have still yet to receive my money!

Sent a message around 10pm at night Perth time and got a response within 20mins. I usually don't get a response for days from other stores during working hours let alone past 10 at night! Excellent!

I genuinely was so excited to receive my order. I ordered multiple dresses to take with me on a destination wedding. I ordered the pieces 3 weeks before the wedding hoping they would make it to me within the 7-10 business days, I had no idea it was even coming from Australia and had I knew I would have upgraded my shipping to arrive faster but after reading reviews, that wouldn't have even mattered. My tracking hasn't moved from Australia and I only got another shipping link to DHL by chatting them and them telling me in 48 hours it will update and be transferred to USPS. It never transferred and I've been on the phone with DHL and chatting them who told me the package has come through customs and was released but is unable to be located. They also told me if it was found, it would take another 8 days to even arrive to me……Told this to Showpo and my responses from them have been full of attitude and bad customer service. They have been so unhelpful and told me i had to wait 1 business day to put in a request to them to track down the order (this chat was at 9pm at night here and I stated that the next business day was in a few hours and all i got was attitude from the customer service agent.) once i waited, they still have yet to give me an update, and said that update would come in a few days, 2 days before I'm supposed to leave for this wedding because of when i put in the request…. I put in the request when I was told to put in the request. I've never been one to complain but the fact that I let them know my order was stuck in processing and lost, they couldn't help me because they were in Australia. If this is their excuse then maybe don't advertise that you ship to the US and that you won't be helpful when the package is lost…. Seems like this is pretty normal for them per reading reviews. I'm genuinely so disappointed in this brand and will now be out of multiple dresses for this wedding that i spent a few $100 dollars on.
