I have ShopRunner for free from American Express. I am surprised that AMEX has affiliated themselves with this bogus business. I went to buy a watch from Fossil... there was only one... say it again... one... watch they met the criteria for the free 2 day shipping... I looked around a bit more... many restrictions... it's false advertisement and it's bogus... I won't try it again. I am not sure why any business would affiliate with them.

To ShopRunner and AmEX: I have never gotten any free shipping with Shoprunner. The shipping is always full price. Why do you keep misrepresenting 'free shipping'? What kind of scam is this program? Does AmEx know about your false promotions? If so, why would they allow this kind of bogus set up to keep being offered as a benefit for the $99 annual fee I pay?

I have never received anything in 2 business days, always 3 - 5 days out. At least I realized this service is BS during the trial period, so it didn't cost me $. Unfortunately I needed the dress the day it should have arrived. I definitely won't forget to cancel my Shoprunner account before this trial time is over.

SCAM!

I placed an order that was supposed to be $210, but I was charged $545. Conveniently, neither shoprunner or the retailer could cancel the order. Ill be going through PayPal to get this issue resolved and I will never do business with them again. Stay away from shoprunner if you dont want to be screwed!

Hi James. I am sorry you encountered this experience. When you place an order using your ShopRunner benefit, the order is placed on the retailer's site. ShopRunner does not process or ship the order. If the order was placed for an incorrect amount, it really would be best to contact the retailer directly because the price of the order and the billing would have been set by the retailer. False Advertisement

I have used shoprunner twice and never again. The first order came in the third day. The second however, I was expecting it today but never showed up in ADVERTISED 2 day shoprunner. It sad for a company to falsify their advertising and place the blame on the retailers. Amazon does it in ACTUAL 2 days with an exception of a delay due to a bad weather or the shipping vehicles breaks down. Shoprunner take full responsibility of your own fault! Dont imitate Amazon amazing prime 2 day shipping. Be realistic!

My mistake
February 16, 2018

I formally wrote a bad review on ShopRunner but retracted it because they were not responsible for the shipping charges that were applied when I returned the garments back to express. It was Express who charged me the return shipping and have since credited my account.

Shoprunner has been great. So far I've received a handful of free 2 day shipping on a handful of purchases from Bloomingdale's, Lord&Taylor, Bebe, Express and have had zero complaints. I don't understand all the negative reviews about this company being a scam. Shoprunner is just providing a service for stores that are members. Perhaps the issue is with the stores themselves, and not Shoprunner. I've had no issues with quality stores that I shop at. Definitely give Shoprunner a chance, especially if you get this perk through American Express! Thanks Shoprunner and American Express.

What a disappointment!
August 23, 2016

Placed an order on Friday, had to spend $25 to get the free, 2 day shipping. Turns out, it won't be here til late Wednesday! Called Shoprunners customer service number and told them I was leaving town Wed am, so it will have to sit on my front porch for a week. His response? "Yeah, well, UPS and all those guys have a different definition of 2 day shipping" When I asked about the $25 minimum, he said "So, some of the retailers have started implementing a minimum fee- we really have no control over any of that." Can you say "False advertising"?

Was ordering from a well-known department store online. ShopRunner was advertising on the the page--sign up and get free 2-day shipping. I signed up. When I reviewed the order--it state Free 2-Day Shipping.

After I paid, the confirmation came up as "Standard Shipping" which is 4-8 days! Ordered it three days ago. Immediately received an email from ShopRunner--your order will arrive in 2 days.

Today I got a notice -- Order shipped by FedEx Smartpost (the longest shipping ever). Will be there next Wednesday--so actually 7 day shipping or 5 Business days. Called ShopRunner customer service. Clueless. Called the department store customer service. Also clueless--said 'some items were not eligible for ShopRunner, but that was not stated anywhere during the order.

If you get this service free--fine. Good luck. But do not pay for a subscription--it doesn't work and you'll be wasting your money.

You get your merchandise in 5-7 days, normal speed, and they are now limiting the products you can order on the sellers. I used to be able to go to Avon or G. H. Bass and order any products to get the supposed deal (reality- 5 day shipping with a 25.00 purchase) but now they limit which products you can order on both sites. A total JOKE. No thank you Shoprunner, you lost my interest and business!

Not great

When I first got shop runner my orders were coming in on time. Lately, they havent. They've been taking way too long. I placed an order for american eagle using shop runner shipping on the 19th and it still hasn't shipped yet.

I ordered two separate items from newegg.com. One item qualified for shoprunner's free 2 day shipping and the other one didn't so I used newegg's 5-7 day shipping. The item shipped by newegg arrived in 3 days and the item shipped by shoprunner arrived after 4 days. They were right that once the order was processed by shoprunner, it only took 2 business days for them to deliver my item. However, the entire process was still faster with newegg.

Some items take a little longer to process for a variety of reasons. However, your item should have been delivered within two business days from the time it was shipped. I have shoprunner and the two day shipping is somewhere between blatantly not true and thoroughly misleading. It is two days from whenever it ships not counting Saturdays. So I ordered something on Wednesday morning and it didn't arrive until Monday, which is a little ridiculous. For something that is clearly positioning itself as an alternative to Amazon Prime, I think it is very misleading.

Promise 2 day delivery

They promise 2 day delivery, but as soon as you place your order they say that there may be delays. So you could have got 2 day delivery with the company you ordered from by paying a little more. But now even though you were told 2 days it is now 5 or 6 days. Do not use if you need your order fast. Pay the extra to the company from which you are ordering.

Absolutely love this service. I only wish they participated with more merchants, but that is not their fault. The savings on the Dominos delivery fee alone has paid for my ShopRunner fee several times over. Plus, I often order from NewEgg and Drugstore.com, so saving on shipping on those sites is a huge plus!

I've used shoprunner couple times, and they have never delivered whatever I ordered in 2 days. Now what prompted me to write this review is because I have enough of it. When I look up my package using UPS tracking, it says that my package was shipped with 2nd day air. But in reality, it's been 5 days and I still haven't received my package. The funny thing is that my package went back to be "loaded on truck" status after not being delivered to my address after ups working hours. I've had great experience with ups and they've never messed up any of my packages in the past. Now, shoprunner, ya'll lie on your pre-printed shipping label too? What the $#*! is this $#*!.

I am sorry if we did not meet your expectations. I can tell you that orders and processed and shipped by the retailers. Shoprunner does not provide the retailers with a preprinted shipping label. From what you've written, it appears that there may have been a shipper issue with the delivery of your order that cause it to be delayed. False Advertising

From the looks of the advertisement, free 2 day shipping means I will receive my package in 2 days. It has already been several days since I purchased a product and it has yet to even ship. Do not proclaim 2 day shipping if you cannot follow through with that.

Hi Kyle. Our free shipping benefit means that your will receive your order within two business days of the date it leaves the retailer's distribution center. Orders are usually processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times for same day shipping and we recommend visiting their shipping pages for more information on their exact cut off times. This does not include weekends or shipping holidays. Also if an item is out-of-stock, personalized or customized it may delay delivery time. I hope this information is helpful.

Wow. I should have read the reviews before putting my order in using this service. It has already been 3 days since my order was placed and it looks from the tracking that my "free two day shipping" will get my package here in 3 more days... what a scam.

I ordered iPad Air 2 with "Guaranteed 2-Day Free Delivery" but it will take 7 days to arrive. ShopRunner states "2-Day" Shipping means that the item(s) will arrive at the shipping address within 2 business days from the time it leaves the warehouse. The item left the warehouse in one day, so what is the excuse for being 4 days late? Their customer service is miserable and will reply within 48 hours. Laughable! 48 hours to respond from a company that supposedly ships within 48 hours. What kind of customer service is that?

By the way, according to ShopRunner, I saved $9.95 on Free 2-Day Shipping, that was free to begin with.

What a total p. O. s. Company - I hope a class action lawsuit puts them out of business.

Have placed one order expecting Amazon prime like delivery... Estimated delivery is 7 days. Tried to order other items and despite the items claiming shop runner eligibility, items won't ship til February. I certainly wouldn't pay for this.
