Not sure why anyone is paying for this "service". Amazon Prime actually does guarantee free 2-day shipping from" the time you place your order", plus other benefits! ShopRunner has a little different set of rules for their " 2 day Free Shipping". Their "2 Day Delivery" starts from the time the order is "shipped". There is a difference.

Not great

When I first got shop runner my orders were coming in on time. Lately, they havent. They've been taking way too long. I placed an order for american eagle using shop runner shipping on the 19th and it still hasn't shipped yet.

I ordered two separate items from newegg.com. One item qualified for shoprunner's free 2 day shipping and the other one didn't so I used newegg's 5-7 day shipping. The item shipped by newegg arrived in 3 days and the item shipped by shoprunner arrived after 4 days. They were right that once the order was processed by shoprunner, it only took 2 business days for them to deliver my item. However, the entire process was still faster with newegg.

Some items take a little longer to process for a variety of reasons. However, your item should have been delivered within two business days from the time it was shipped. Because the retailer processes and ships your order, you might want to reach out to Newegg to ascertain why the order was delayed in shipping. I've received several orders via ShopRunner's free two day shipping and have not been disappointed. Orders have arrived in the stated two days as promised.

I've read some of the comments on here blaming ShopRunner for distributors delay in shipping their order. ShopRunner handles the shipping and do not control when an order is shipped as far as I know. It's unfair to blame them for the delays.

Have placed one order expecting Amazon prime like delivery... Estimated delivery is 7 days. Tried to order other items and despite the items claiming shop runner eligibility, items won't ship til February. I certainly wouldn't pay for this.

I am logged into my Shoprunner account and went to the checkout page, and under the shipping options, it says I will be charged $14.99 for my "Free" Shoprunner 2-day shipping. Screenshot attached. What kind of scam is this company?! Ridiculous.

Don't do it

I submitted an order over a week ago and used ShopRunner on a whim at check out. What a joke. Regular free shipping from the vendor was 3-6 days - it has now been over a week and still no package. My UPS tracking has said for 4 days now that my package is "out for delivery" - yet every night ends up back at the distribution hub. I don't know what kind of scam ShopRunner is playing here, but it's infuriating. Not only will I never use this "service" again, but I will advise all my friends not to either.

Hi Lottie. I am sorry that you have not yet received your package. ShopRunner does not process your order nor do we ship your order; the retailer does. From what you've written, it appears the issue may be with the shipper. I'd suggest you reach out to the retailer to let them know about this issue. Since they shipped the product, they'd have to determine if there is an issue and partner with the shipper to have it rectified. They may need to initiate a tracer. Thank you.

It's not 2 day shipping, just use standard shipping. It took mine 6 days. This service is a complete sham and don't even care. I'm not sure why newegg is associated with these people because they just waste my time

I am less than satisfied with this service. My Avon order for direct delivery status is "processing" since Saturday. It is now wednesday afternoon. My order probably would've reached me faster via UPS like normal. My first order was delivered to my neighbor and thank goodness we're good honest people out here or i would still be waiting for THAT one to arrive! I'll be opting out of this membership as soon as my order arrives... whenever that 2 day shipping is they speak of.

Placed an Order on saks off fifth using Shoprunner. 2 days days later, on the day it was scheduled to arrive, tracking number states it's still waiting for the package to be received by Fedex... This is the most recent of many examples where their "2 day shipping" promise has fallen flat. I'll stick to the 5 to 7 day shipping offered by Saks... At least they hold true.

I ordered through Shoprunner because the advertise 2 day shipping. It is not 2 day shipping at all. I called to find out where my package was and the lady told me it's 2 day shipping after the order has cleared and left their warehouse. So she said it should take around 4-5 days total. They are liars with false advertising and I would advise everyone to avoid them. I have got quicker packages ordering through normal mail.

This company is total crap! You buy too much, they will simply tell you, that your account is no longer active and you can't use their services anymore! Tried it twice under 2 separate emails, and same thing happened..

I order tons from lord and taylor using this service. Works great every time. The only time I ever have received a package late is due to an item being shipped out from a store, otherwise all purchases are on time. I love also that i can check and it will show exactly when its delivered. Love shoprunner!

They tell you sign up and 2 day shipping is for free... yet item will supposedly arrive in "7 days"... yet to see it. Ordered on Saks on 3/28. According to tracking, due 4/4... hardly 2 days. Not a good representative of Saks!

2 Day Shipping/ Joke

I just recently started using ShopRunner, very big mistake. None of my packages have been shipped in 2 business days! Heck, they haven't even been picked up, let alone got to me. I live chat with them to find out the problem and of course they say "the shipping is up to the company I ordered from and I need to reach out and speak to them. I'm not really sure what ShopRunner is even used for. I had to spend a certain amount to even get the shipping, which I would've gotten with the company without ShopRunner and I would've already received my package! I'm a little irritated

Ann Taylor site promoted Shoprunner and I took the bait. Would have had same arrival date or maybe better if I'd chosen from Ann Taylors normal shipping methods. Sadly Shoprunner then has their kind custom service reps explain to you the consumer that they have to get it from the store before they have it to deliver. What is that, some scripting from 1988!
Cancellation of membership next.

I just recently bought a new computer from Newegg.com and a free 2-day shipping option was available through ShopRunner for my package because my purchase was over a certain amount. Shortly after ordering my package I decided to look into ShopRunner and found nothing but nasty reviews for the service, so it had me pretty worried that I would get the package late or damaged or some other non-sense. But I had no issues. I ordered the item on Thursday night and it arrived Saturday by noon. So no promises broken there! I believe I should mention that I am in NJ and Newegg's fulfillment center is only about an hour and a half from me, which could have been the reason why my package arrived so quickly. Overall, I am pretty pleased at receiving the service that I was told I would receive. To anyone offered this service for free, I would highly recommend giving it a shot.

One star is generous

The only positive about shoprunner is that I got free shipping but now I can't return anything because I'm not receiving emails from shoprunner and I can't access my account online because it doesn't recognize my email. I have spoken with 3 different customer service people who have all assured me that I would receive my return shipping label via email. 3 days... nothing.
I call again today and the woman says she'll open a ticket regarding the problems with my account and someone will contact me via - you guessed it- EMAIL!

This place is a joke.

I ordered eligible Shoprunner items and was stilled charged shipping from the store. When I called Shoprunner, they said I must have made an error and been logged on to the Lord & Taylor site by mistake. I know that I did not and said it was a glitch in their system. The customer service rep would not correct the problem or let me speak to a supervisor. Shoprunner ignored my first email and does not let any negative review posts on facebook. They lost a customer over poor customer service and ripping me off.

Scam
February 24, 2019

What a total farce. I wanted to get free shipping from an online retailer and I know that shoprunner works with their site, so I signed up. The retailer site doesn't have any mention of shoprunner (they did years ago). You have to shop "through" shoprunner, and the prices there are 400-500% higher than going to the online retailer site directly.
What a scam.
I called my credit card and had them issue me a new card with a new number for fear of what this scam company shoprunner will do with it.
