Wanted to buy my mom a humidifier as a Christmas present and ordered on 12/20. The estimate i was given was that it would arrive on the 24th. Now it's the 27th and they haven't even shipped it out or updated the tracking. If you look at many of the reviews, their 2 day shipping is clearly baloney. Im just glad i didn't have to pay for the membership. Stay away from this company!

Not always 2 day shipping

I placed 2 orders so far. One actually came in 2 days and then the 2nd time i placed an order with 2 day shipping for shoes i needed for an event that still did not show up although its expected to arrive shortly. How is that 2 day shipping? Went out and bought other shoes since it didn't come on time. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately, I am not able to determine the cause of the issue you described without having access to your account. Our retail partners are committed to shipping products quickly. The ShopRunner benefit kicks in once the order is processed and leaves the retailer's warehouse. ShopRunner provides that your order should be delivered within 2 business days from the date of shipment, which does not include weekends or shipping holidays. Disaster!

I have no idea how Harry and David have me as a member of ShopRunner. I could not take advantage of their 20% off because they have ShopRunner attached to my account. I have not idea who they are! In addition, they are not open at night when most of us can call to resolve issues! Big scam!

The free shipping seems to be a default setting at Harry & David that cannot be changed online. Telephoned H&A and they would not deal with an online order. I got free shipping but could not get the 15% discount that Harry & David has been pushing on me.
I contacted both ShopRunner and vendor, they don't care about my transaction or fixing the problem. Bottomline is that you can't get H&A's discounts if you use ShopRunner.

Versace Perfume, Still not here after ordering with the free 2 day shipping, so I got worried looked online read all these reviews and reviews on fragrencenet.com looks like both websites are scams probably wont get my order in 2 weeks and looks like fragrencenet.com is a scam every review Ive read on them they send out fake perfume/cologne so most likly I'll send it back and hopefully get my money back this is bull!

Poor customer service

I expected the 2 Day Shipping but it actually took 4 days, besides package came separately. I still have another order with ShopRunner. I called the customer service to request changing address after I realized the estimated delivery date is later than I expected and I won't be the address after. The representative is very useless, she couldn't even find my account or order and kept saying either her system was down and suspectI don't have the membership. Eventually, she helped nothing... super frustrated.

Once the order is shipped, it should be delivered within two business days. ShopRunner does not process nor ship your order; the retailer does. If a change needs to be made to an order, it would be best to reach out to the retailer where you placed your order. BAIT AND SWITCH

ShopRunner promises free two day shipping, but the retailers don't even process the orders for two or three days. So, the two day shipping isn't from the date you place the order, it is from the date the retailer gets around to sending it out. The retailers who use ShopRunner should process the orders on the same day they are placed, or stop affiliating themselves with them.

Loved Shop Runner

I have had no issues with Shop Runner. I've probably saved $100s over the last two years in shipping. I'm so disappointed JJill is no longer affiliated with the service. They charge so much to ship their products.

You guys sound scary!

I was given your website's name from First Hawaiian Bank. First in order to even consider using an alternative service to amazon.com, you have to either equal their prices AND customer service. I have no idea of how good your prices are, however, the reviews that I've read thus far tells me that SHOPRUNNER is going the route of the horse whips and tonsillectomies. Thanks reviewers for steering me right!

Lost package - dual blame
November 10, 2017

My first and only experience with Shoprunner was a fail. I ordered on November 6, received a Shoprunner email confirmation with a link to track the package. The link takes you to their app which literally does nothing but show you the date the order was placed, the order number and the dollar amount, with an active link to print return label. When I called to find out where my package was, Shoprunner said it was never shipped. I called the vendor and in their system it showed that a label was generated by Shoprunner but the package was lost. I was able to cancel the order and the vendor was apologetic on behalf of Shoprunner, but really? I placed an order for the same item on Amazon for same day shipping. Will stick with Amazon Prime. Shoprunner has some issues to work out.

I do not have the information needed to access your membership but I can tell you that ShopRunner does not generate any shipping labels for our retailers. Orders placed using the ShopRunner benefit are processed and shipped by our retailer partners. ShopRunner does not process nor ship any orders. Again, we do not generate the shipping labels. The only labels that can be generated from your ShopRunner membership would be return labels. Fraud

Was shopping for Father's Day and ordered a hat and t-shirt for him from the NHL website, shoprunner pops up for their free 2 day shipping with membership. Thought it was great and stuck with NHL since it fit my time frame. Finally shows up (never got an email confirmation) and it was JUST THE HAT. Contacted shoprunner and they go 'so sorry we don't know why'. Then reach out to NHL and they tell me only the hat went through for the two day. Overall terrible experience, didn't help the customer service rep didn't know what was happening- and i was thinking the shirt was lost in mail. Now giving gift two separate days. Completely bummed.

A lot of times if I dont use Amazon, I use shoprunner for online shopping. However, they are happy to screw you out of money and mis-advertise. And not make things right. I was shopping on their site and clicked on something that I wanted and it clearly said free shipping. I was charged shipping by the vendor. The vendor blames Shoprunner, shoprunner blames Express or me depending on who you talk to. I dont know if I will ever use them again or not but if I do, I will have to do it knowing they are shady and do not stand behind their site. I even have screenshots to prove my case but no one cares! You cant tell me something isn't eligible when it STILL--TODAY! Show's on their site as eligible.

After being hung up on by someone who didnt want to talk to their manager again, calling back and talking to someone and getting transfered to Express... then talking to Express, THEN talking to Shoprunner via email, twice, I'm done with this foolishness.

False advertising

I ordered two items from Fanatics.com with free "2-day" shipping from Shoprunner. One item arrived 4 days later and the other hasn't arrived, with an estimated delivery 7 days after the date I submitted the order.

My order was suppossd To arrive at my hotel on a Friday. The shipment was for a funeral. It never arrived and I received no notice until after the supposed shipment date when I was no longer even in the same state. I received a response after numerous attempts to contact Anne Taylor that my order did not ship because it was sold out. This was four days after the order was supposed to arrive. I had to battle with customer service. Customer service at both Anne Taylor and shop runner were remarkably unhelpful. My hotel agreed to have the order shipped back. Still waiting to be reimbursed.

I ordered from Newegg on Sunday. The order was completed and the Fedex shipping label was created on Monday. The item didn't make it to Fedex until Wednesday, the day I was supposed to receive my order. Now I have a disappointed grandson. I should have ordered from Amazon. This was the first time and last time I'll ever use Shoprunner. Totally useless and a waste of my time! I'll be glad the day the company goes out of business.

Using Newegg I was offered a free year while using my Paypal account. Apparently I had tried Shoprunner in 2011 and cancelled. Now I know why. The condencending customer service rep chastised me for cancelling my membership from 6 years ago then couldn't give me an answer as to why I couldn't sign up for my free year on paypal. Scam inducing stupidity.

I have no idea why someone would say that you have to go through ShopRunner to purchase an item since this not true. A person can go a site, purchase something, and, then, at checkout, choose ShopRunner. There are no markups.

I am not pleased at all with Shop Runner. I placed an order with The Limited and it took over a week to get to me. I was told that 2 day shipping means it will ship in two days AFTER it is processed. Which basically means they can take however long they want to process it as long as they then ship it in 2 days. So if you get the package in two weeks they don't care. Then this past weekend I tried to order Dominos and no matter what I did after clicking through the Shop Runner site, the delivery fee always applied at checkout. I called the Dominos store directly and they had never even heard of Shop Runner. Anytime I contact Shop Runner's customer service they either do not respond or they are very rude and unhelpful. The store tells you to contact Shop Runner and Shop Runner tells you to contact the store. Definitely not worth paying any money for this crappy service.

Placed an order through FragranceNet exactly 5 days ago! Haven't received a tracking number yet and there was an option to get FREE 2 day shipping through "Shoprunner" if you spent $100 or more, which I did! So when choosing my shipping method I chose the Shoprunner Free trial with FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING (Business Days I understand!). Long story short, it's Christmas DAY and I don't have the gifts I ordered for my mom, my grandmother, or my teenage cousin. I feel like a huge $#*!! Thank you Shoprunner! Bull$#*!! Unbelievable! Never have I ever gone 5 entire business days without receiving a tracking number...

Shoprunner was offered free for one year with a purchase from one of my favorite on line stores. I thought this would be a good thing as this on line merchant really takes their time in sending out orders. With Shoprunner, I figured it would cut at least a week or so off the timeline. I bought on a Friday, the shipping estimate said I would get it Wednedsay. Its now Wednesday and my stuff just barely made it out of the warehouse, and the tracking shows no delivery date in sight. Total crap, makes me hate them and the merchant who gave me this crap too. I can wait to have my stuff but I really really hate being lied to and that is what this is- a huge lie. I was ok with Wednesday, after all, it was going into a weekend, but waiting 5 days to ship my stuff when it should have been rolling up to my door is crap. I got this for free but I really feel bad for those who were conned into paying for it.
