I'm not sure I'm right but I think it's mostly because not too many stores can guarantee 2 day shipping anymore and it's cheaper for them to ship standard shipping.

Answer:
ShopRunner provides that your order will be delivered within 2 business days from the date the order ships. Most retailers have a cut-off time for shipping an order on the same date it was placed. Unless there was some type of order processing delay, the order should ship the same or next business day. Hi Lottie. You are correct, ShopRunner does not process your order nor ship your products. The retailer with which you placed your order does that. ShopRunner is in partnership with top retailers and brands to offer our members free 2-day shipping on all purchases of eligible items from participating retailers. Additionally, ShopRunner members receive Free Shipping on Returns of eligible items and exclusive offers from our participating retail partners.
