Get to the beauty till to pay - told no discounts on my purchase! What a scam, this was at Market Mall, Calgary.
I purchased several items. Spent some points, got some points. Realized I bought the wrong colour hair dye. Go to exchange for correct colour. Same product, same price. Different colour. They tell me if I exchange for the correct colour I will lose points. So because I grabbed the wrong colour by mistake, they can't just swap it out without taking back all the points. This is the epitome of stupid. Gross.
I am on a 80mg asprin first time they were 16 next time 17 then 18 when they were on the shelf for 8.99 the pharmacist at walmart was the one who informed me they are on their lot less money highway robbers
We bought tea lights from shoppers and we are very disappointed in them. They burn about 1/3 to1/2 the time as other tea lights that we have bought and some burn out right away. We call them "Dudes".

This pharmacy do not disclose their policy of waiting 24 hours to fill medications when a Doctor fax it in. You need to call. Very long wait times.
I just wanted to say I was in Shoppers on Sunday June 25th at 11:00 PM location on a plains Road in Burlington.
She was working the cosmetic dept.I asked a question on body lotion explaining my situation I approached her with a $ 30.00 on sale bottle in my hand she took me back to the aisle and suggested a specific body lotion that was half the price that would work on what I was looking for.She was honest and very nice and I just appreciated the fact that she suggested a cream that was affordable and didnt suggest one to take advantage and charge me a fortune for cream that I didnt need.which btw has been done before.
My visit was on a Sunday night at 11 o'clock at night...she was fantastic.friendly and very accommodating...

I spend a good amount of money per year at Shopper's in Courtenay but I don't typically get my prescription medication there as it is far too expensive, I am a Senior.
As I was in Shopper's I thought I would ask the Pharmacist a quick question regarding my meds. She told me that I had to go back to where I got them to get the information I needed now and in the future! This young lady in my opinion was very unprofessional and downright rude in her attitude. I will no longer be shopping at Shopper's! Corporate need to look into their stores reviews and stop advertising their Company as a friendly, helpful, welcoming place to shop! They are not the only place in town!
Ever seen the Beauty Department Manager went on leave, I have had nothing but problems at this store. Terrible customer service. If you purchase something at another store in cash and try to return it here, they go directly to wanting to put in on a gift card and saying that is their policy. Tried to return something I bought at another store that I was told I could return and they refused to take it back. I will never go to this store again. Customer service skills of 0! While this is a very good shoppers drug mart on 16th and Cambie upon exiting the store I noticed the glass doors desperately need a good clean. They are the doors exiting close to the bus stop and as you leave the address is above you. 3700. Hopefully they will clean them inside and perhaps the outside doors too.
Unpleasant and unfriendly service at Shoppers Drugmart on Long Lake Rd. In Sudbury, On. Long wait and finally told me that they did not have the prescribed medication. They could not tell me when they would have it. Went to another pharmacy and got my prescription filled without problem.
I noticed in the store that they have a lot of personnel standing and sitting around with obviously nothing to do. The reason became clear. During over an hour wait I counted four customers.
I can't see how they can even keep the lights on.
While doing some shopping at The Bayview and 16th Ave, spent 5 minutes looking for a cashier,finally found an employee as we walked too the cashier another customer interrupted and the cashier served them first after I voiced my concern I was brushed off.Being Christmas and all I let it go, but I will no longer be shopping at ANY Location, besides Walmart is cheaper.
Went to pharmacy to get help with insoles. I stood there waiting for lady to help me, but she was on her sell phone. Finally she asked me what she could do for me so I asked about insoles, she said we don't specialize in that.
Went to another shoppers and they were very helpful even though they didn't specialize in the item.

I cannot believe just because they acknowledge that customers were buying their PC coffee on sale they decided to put it on the 2-day sale as well as raise the prices ridiculous it was $8.99 on sale then it went to $9.99 on sale and within a couple few months it's now 11.99 on sale I refuse
I was just att shoopper druggist at 510 concession street in Hamilton. I was yelled at by two lady's over grabbing to many diet Pepsi bottles. The two for six l grab 8 and it did no where say on the sign limit of four yet the two lady's yell at me even after l said l am will to pay full price. I spend on average 300 a month a shooppers because of these two l will take my 3600 a year somewhere else. I was buying for my 2 elderly parents. I think this is disgusting the way they talked to me and will be posting them on social media as well as contacting Pepsi Co.

Your website is faulty which is why I was charged twice. I even tried to change payment to Visa, valid, but declined? Also, there was no way for me to report this within an hour, since it was 4 am and not possible to contact Customer Service! If your online website accepts orders at this time, your Customer Service should be accessible at this time too!
This may be 'simple' for you, but hardly for me. Your website is faulty, your Customer Service is terrible and you expect me, the customer to be penalized. I don't think so.

I think I will sue you for your false insert for this antibiotic. There is NOTHING about the severe side effects of this drug. Our son's life was ruined because of your piss-poor description of the side effects. Where is the "suicidal thoughts, psychotic episodes, severe headaches, rapid heartbeats and high blood pressure". I'm going to speak to my lawyer about you. Our son killed himself because of you. We didn't know. My father almost killed himself too. Because we got his last prescription from a REAL drugstore we found out what was wrong but the damage was done.
Fix your printout or you will be hearing from our lawyer.
My $310 dollar pkg was left on my door. Pic where taken. Which i don't deny. As soon as i got home around 5:30 pm no pkg. Del on May 9,2022. I have been calling there online customer service every 3 days. They also keep on saying a supervisor will call. No one calls. Today i get any email saying we can not refund re pick on door. This was escalated to another team. Why would they leave a pkg that costly. I went out to buy all the things that i never got. I am out $600. Shoppers does not care. Customer Service very hopeless. I do not recommend to buy on line. What so every.
My family and I have been shopping at the Kipling-Dixon location in Etobicoke for over 20 years.
I still go there, even though I live one hours drive away, north of Etobicoke! The service has always been great. Owner Charles Li has always gone the extra mile regarding his customers and anyone using the pharmacy. His staff are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I have shopped at other Shopper Drug Marts and they do not always have what I'm looking for. I find everything at Mr. Li's location. I have always had a positive experience at this store and with Mr. Li and staff. Keep up the great work Charles!
