This is EXACTLY what I said I did not want to happen, and worse!

I explained that I am 72 with disabilities and not able to return the product your website charged me twice for. I will need to ask a friend to help me with this. Not happy at all!

Now you also say you cannot refund me shipping costs! Not acceptable at all!

Your website is faulty which is why I was charged twice. I even tried to change payment to Visa, valid, but declined? Also, there was no way for me to report this within an hour, since it was 4 am and not possible to contact Customer Service! If your online website accepts orders at this time, your Customer Service should be accessible at this time too!

This may be 'simple' for you, but hardly for me. Your website is faulty, your Customer Service is terrible and you expect me, the customer to be penalized. I don't think so.

YOU solve the problem. YOU created it. Extremely sorry doesn't cut it. Sorry isn't what good Customer Service is all about. YOU solve the problem! It's bad enough that I have to get a friend to assist me with the return. All because your system is faulty!

I had a prescription for my son. His eys was hurted and he needs to use immediately dopse just one item. But the guys at pharmacy 848# shoppers arguing with me that we don't have time he had timyto argue with me but don't have time give me one item. The Shoppers on Bronte in Milton, is the horrible they will never answer the phone, for disabled people.

This pharmacy do not disclose their policy of waiting 24 hours to fill medications when a Doctor fax it in. You need to call. Very long wait times.

Customer service from cashier (young white male) is non existent, the manager is not much better. I had enough, I will stop shopping at this store.

Pharmacist owner Duy Truong is very friendly and helpful. I find his staff impatient, rude and unfriendly. I dread calling for RX refills.

I have the worst experience today at Shoppers Drug Mart, Located at 2047 Avenue Road, Toronto, Ontario M5M 4A7 owned by Pharmacist Carolyn Droznika.
It was the last drop for me to take service from this place. I dropped my prescription today at 11am and came back at 4pm to find out that they can not fill up my prescription because doctor prescribe high level of antibiotics. And pharmasist Natalie Tang, who rudely served me said that for 5 hours they can not reach doctor office to confirm dosage. I ended up without antibiotic and might go to ER tonight because of infection and this could be life treating because my underlying conditions. But instead of helping me this pharmasist Natalie Tang without any mercy or understanding of my situation treat me with no respect, accused me of being rude and trowned some words when I was leaving this place.
It was not the first time that pharmasists at this place didn't call for reffils with EpiPen, or didn't fill up prescription on time. But today I am speechless and shaking of rudeness I experience at this place.

Two Philippino criminals stole my postal articles and ended my post box contract. I had to take my business else where they treated me with respect.

Purchased a mastercard for $200 for a gift on Dec 16th at the Shoppers Drug mart at 14th avenue and Markham road location in Markham. When the person tried to use the card on the 26th it was completely wiped out. Some one in Brampton had used it on the 17th of December at an LCBO location. I have called the head office of Shoppers and logged a complain but todate no one has taken any action. I was advised to call Shoppers Card Services - Cannot get through to anybody. I was asked to provide documentation and all was sent instantly. No response so far. Never will I go to this location again and the service I received was extremely bad. If shoppers is selling a product, they need to stand by it. $200 is quite a bit of money. Since then my family and I have talked about it to so many people and they will not go to Shoppers and we all feel there is fraudulent activity going on with Shoppers. My mom is ill. She asked me to pick up some of her shampoo at Shoppers Drug. Of course, LOL, I picked up the wrong type of Dove shampoo. When I went into the Shoppers Drug Mart that is by my house to exchange it, I thought it would be best to return it at the Cosmetics counter as this is the first cash register when you enter the store. I took the shampoo is out of my bag, and asked the lady if i could return these and purchase the "flavour" that my mom wanted. I hadn't kept the receipt thinking i would not be returning shampoo. The clerk flat out said no and told me that people were buying items on sale from other stores and returning it at their store. SERIOUSLY, you think its worth my time to trapse around the city for $2? I was beside myself - confused and almost insulted that I was being accused of this. So i decided to exchange them at the location near Mom's house. Again, I was treated like a criminal. First excuse = "that will mess up our inventory". Wrong. Not if you return the two, and charge me for the new bottles. Cashier had to call supervisor up who seemed miffed that his "work" was being interrupted. Again came the 'you bought these from a different brand retailer and are trying to return them here'. I was NOT trying to return - merely switch the flavours. I was NOT looking for a gift card - merely trying to switch the flavours. So my question to Shoppers Drug Mart would be this: when did you stop training "customer service" and start training "customers are all dishonest". I have never felt so offended and disgusted before. So my questions to my SELF are:"will you ever toss another receipt away again?" The answer is no. "Will I ever return to another Shoppers Drug Mart again?" The answer is, again, No. SDM used to be a great company - even gave away cookies and tea on seniors day. Now all they seem to want to give is hassles, and accusatory implications. Now, after I leave Mom's, I am going to Wal-Mart to buy some Advil to take care of the headache you've created. It's way cheaper there, anyway... and so is her shampoo. Shoppers Drug Mart - I wish I could have given you a thumbs up, but the only finger going up is my middle one.
