Hello Everyone, today i.e. 20th March 2025 at 3:30pm I visited Shopper Drug Mart at 2202 Broad St. Regina. An Indian origin employee reluctant to give the medicine since the attached prescription is not original. Which is ridiculous, it was given by the doctor. I'm very much disappointed due to the employee lack of knowledge and for not giving the medicine. She don't want to share the final cost of the medicine since it's not original prescription.
I urge Galen Weston Jr. To recruit staff that are competent, not cheap labour with lack of knowledge on crucial life saving medicine. Please learn from London Drugs about customer service Pharmacy Division. I receive bad experience and negative impression every time I visit Pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart. Please work on helping patients and customer on improving customer service. Thanks for sending me back without giving medicine.
I was at a Shoppers Drug Mart store looking for a foundation shade when a salesperson came by and asked what I was looking for. When I told her that I was looking for a specific foundation shade, she rudely said that they do not carry foundation shades for dark complexions. I was aghast at her rudeness.
So really rare i search my prescription before dropping it off but i did this time. After i dropped it off and got home i'm looking at the pills and thinking this isnt what i seen online. Here they gave me a cheaper generic brand. Even tho my prescription called for a particular brand. They sold me knock off brand. When i went back a $#*!ed the lady out. Her response was well trying to say people money it's cheaper. But i didnt ask for you to save me money. I want what my doctor asked for. She went back got me my correct medication. Did a refund. And ran in the correct medication. It was only $4 more. That's not right. Feels criminal. Ask for one thing get a something different. How many time have they been doing this to people? Most people dont question them. Im warning everyone i know to double check there medication from here on out & advoid shoppers at all costs.
Stay Away and don't buy any gift cards from Shoppers Drug Mart.
They are at the front of the store unattended and as we found out fraudulent. When you phone customer service they tell you "the card has been redeemed and that is your problem".
Ya redeemed by the scammers.

Very poor customer services. Unprofessional policies. Be aware of buying any gift card from Shoppers. Chances of being fraud is very high. Shoppers first of all denies to refund, if at all, then in points and not in cash or to your credit card. The timing of refund is a big uncertainty. Embarrassment from your friends and pain to repeatedly communicating with shoppers customer service will be an additional gift while shopping from Shoppers.
By claiming a back-order, an initial handling fee of $10.60 plus prescription cost, becomes 2 extra refill costs, for a total of $31.80 plus the medication for 3 months. This is just for 1 med, I take 4 meds. This is an easy way to increase cash flow for the store. Is this taking advantage of the customer, or is this cheating and stealing? Just think if this is repeated everywhere, how much extra cash is taken in.
In Sept. 2023, before I went to Shopper Drug Mart on Grand Park Dr. Mississaug to return some things I bought, I checked the policy on their website, it states that I can make a return without receipt and get a store credit. But they (cashier and manager) refused and insisted return must have receipt!
So clearly they lies on their policy, I wasted my time and gas (expensive now).

The cashier "Sadaf", she called herself as a manager. I saw her being so rude and unprofessional to the customers. She should be fired, should never be in a customer service position.
Shoppers at 950 Franklin Blvd. Cambridge shameful customer service by a clerk named Eman and her alleged superior Dale (probably both clerks with under 4 months experience between the 2 of them) refused to take back a Just For Men hair product that was missing from the box and refund the difference for the new full box given it was on sale. Trivial but wrong. Both were lazy and looked me in the eye as if I was at fault for not returning the item immediately; refusing to act appropriately and take back the product within the allowable refundable period (7 days). This is the latest in 3 such actions with clerical staff at this location, poor reflection on a once reliable good chain of stores. I see I am not alone when reading these reviews. Time for Shoppers to go, getting worse ever year since Westin family (Low-blows) bought them. Where's the competition?
I am on a 80mg asprin first time they were 16 next time 17 then 18 when they were on the shelf for 8.99 the pharmacist at walmart was the one who informed me they are on their lot less money highway robbers
The customer service has gotten poor here. There's a woman who works at this location (tall, black, and long wavy fake hair). She's the most evil and arrogant person to ever work here. If you complain about an employee's customer service skills, the manager (or whoever says they are the manager) will defend their poor behavior because they (apparently) tell their employees it doesn't matter how you treat people. Like I said, they'll hire anyone with a pulse. Avoid this location like the plague.
Unpleasant and unfriendly service at Shoppers Drugmart on Long Lake Rd. In Sudbury, On. Long wait and finally told me that they did not have the prescribed medication. They could not tell me when they would have it. Went to another pharmacy and got my prescription filled without problem.
I noticed in the store that they have a lot of personnel standing and sitting around with obviously nothing to do. The reason became clear. During over an hour wait I counted four customers.
I can't see how they can even keep the lights on.
I spend a good amount of money per year at Shopper's in Courtenay but I don't typically get my prescription medication there as it is far too expensive, I am a Senior.
As I was in Shopper's I thought I would ask the Pharmacist a quick question regarding my meds. She told me that I had to go back to where I got them to get the information I needed now and in the future! This young lady in my opinion was very unprofessional and downright rude in her attitude. I will no longer be shopping at Shopper's! Corporate need to look into their stores reviews and stop advertising their Company as a friendly, helpful, welcoming place to shop! They are not the only place in town!
I get that Shoppers wants to cut costs but this nonsense with the self-checkouts has to stop. I was waiting in line to pay cash and the poor cashier had to keep stopping to go help someone at the self-checkout because now you can only go to the cashier if you're paying cash. I found it extremely rude to be kept waiting so she could go help other people who got to the front of the store after I did. If you don't want my money, I'll go to the convenience store next door.
I think I will sue you for your false insert for this antibiotic. There is NOTHING about the severe side effects of this drug. Our son's life was ruined because of your piss-poor description of the side effects. Where is the "suicidal thoughts, psychotic episodes, severe headaches, rapid heartbeats and high blood pressure". I'm going to speak to my lawyer about you. Our son killed himself because of you. We didn't know. My father almost killed himself too. Because we got his last prescription from a REAL drugstore we found out what was wrong but the damage was done.

My $310 dollar pkg was left on my door. Pic where taken. Which i don't deny. As soon as i got home around 5:30 pm no pkg. Del on May 9,2022. I have been calling there online customer service every 3 days. They also keep on saying a supervisor will call. No one calls. Today i get any email saying we can not refund re pick on door. This was escalated to another team. Why would they leave a pkg that costly. I went out to buy all the things that i never got. I am out $600. Shoppers does not care. Customer Service very hopeless. I do not recommend to buy on line. What so every.

The situation has not changed at all. The pharmacy takes one hour standard time to fill the prescription. But the prescription is not ready within this time
This is my experience yesterday. I gave the prescription to the pharmacy at 4.10 PM. I was told that I would get a text msg on my phone once the prescription is filled and ready for the pick up.
I waited for two hours for the msg. Ultimately, I went to the pharmacy for pick up. It took almost 15 minutes for the staff to locate the bag. I doubt if they really filled in the prescription earlier.
The most glaring fact is that I got the text msg on my phone after I picked the drug and reached home.
For your information, other pharmacy in Food basics in the same Mall takes hardly 10 minutes to fill the prescription.
The higher authorities need to look in to my as well several other complaints of the customer asap.
I was just att shoopper druggist at 510 concession street in Hamilton. I was yelled at by two lady's over grabbing to many diet Pepsi bottles. The two for six l grab 8 and it did no where say on the sign limit of four yet the two lady's yell at me even after l said l am will to pay full price. I spend on average 300 a month a shooppers because of these two l will take my 3600 a year somewhere else. I was buying for my 2 elderly parents. I think this is disgusting the way they talked to me and will be posting them on social media as well as contacting Pepsi Co.
Ever seen the Beauty Department Manager went on leave, I have had nothing but problems at this store. Terrible customer service. If you purchase something at another store in cash and try to return it here, they go directly to wanting to put in on a gift card and saying that is their policy. Tried to return something I bought at another store that I was told I could return and they refused to take it back. I will never go to this store again. Customer service skills of 0! Bought amazon gift card from them. Receipt notes that it was active. Tried to use it and did not work. Called amazon and they say it was not activated at point of sale. They wrote me an email as such. Went to the store where the clerk could not help. Called supervisor but she could not and said manager could only help and will be there tomorrow. Went over the next day and manager could not help - sent me to their 1 800 number. Called the 1-800 number and they kept trying to send me to Amazon. Shoppers took my money, bank account shows that widraw. Amazon stated it was not them. And shoppers just wants to bounce the blame elsewhere. Have card, receipts and all... nothing.
Lesson here folks... shoppers service is horrible. If you want to buy a gift card, skip the potential problems and the middle man - just send an e-transfer. It is guaranteed and a better gift since the person can choose how to spend the cash. What a colossal waste of time and effort.
