I have purchased a few Pandora bracelets online. I have just received two items and they turned up to be fakes. I will caution anyone using this site to avoid it at all cost as you are likely to not be satisfied with your purchase.

These people clearly dont know how to pack a package to keep the item safe. They also cant count. I realize that they dont have all the time in the world but just by looking at the lego set you can clearly see pieces missing. Poor customer service.

Very unhappy about a Joe Rocket motorcycle jacket simply listed as pre-owned look at pictures. No damage to the outside looked brand new, when package arrived, I tried on the jacket and my hands and arms were covered in a black greasy chemical, which ruined my shirt and required paint thinner to remove off skin. Pulled open the jacket liner and the inside sleeves were covered in a black tar like chemical. They had to have seen this when they put the jacket on the mannequin or when they packed it. I guess since they say they are non-profit it means they can lie and sell unsafe products. I'm having the chemical tested and contacting the state attorney general regarding this. Very unsafe!

Yes indeed! The Hagerstown Goodwill location known as horizon goodwill industries punished ME because fedex lost my package shipped from them. They had to refund me once b4 because of missing clothes in package that was SEALED. Corporate has numbers but they never answer or call you back after leave a message.

I have recently purchase some items on shopgoodwill.com sometimes i get a fair deal other times i get the shaft. The last item i purchased was like no other dealing i have had with shopgoodwill or any other Auction site. It was flat out robbery. They listed an item and described it as in good condition with no damage just some normal wear, the pics that they added showed the item with plastic wrapped around the globe as it was securing the item from damage, when i received item the plastic was no longer on globe and exposed was about 10 inches of cracked globe that had been re glued with a clear silicone and a crappy job at that,, even a blind man would notice this damage. So looking at the pictures again i realized they had put the plastic wrap right where the cracks were so they could not be detected when being view. I would have to classify this as organized crime with a bunch of low lifes as employees.!

Goodwill doesn't care about you. As long as they got your money they're good. I bought items from Seattle but they take way to long to ship. I thought I was buying in America not over seas. It been 10 days since I bought my item and they still haven't shipped it. Probably have to wait another 10 days to get my item. At least ebay gives you a refund. Good luck at goodwill I'm through..

There's a systemic misrepresentation of items for sale for which no return of item is possible. See pic for example where listed as "tested, sounds good, small crack in woofer". I've been burned. I hope it doesn't happen to you.

I can tell you that this is the most dishonest place I have ever done business with. Purchsed DS online, won't even power on, second DS chewed up by a dog not shown in pictures, Nike + watch doesn't work missing parts. This place should be sued for their terrible business practices. Their moto is "We put people to work". Well they teach employees how to steal money from people that are usually already short on funds if they are shopping at goodwill. Their moto should be we rip people off and steal their money through lies and deception. I'm only 39 so this isn't just some older person ranting. God's honest truth, these people are crooks.

High risk auction! Mostly too expensive and broken. Bought a few things that were obviously broken upon arrival. I'm pretty sure the sellers don't care. I think their motto is "As long as it looks like it's not broken then sell it". Only bid on things that have no mechanical aspect to it - by mechanical I mean anything that has a moving part - lamp, microphone stand, tripod etc.

I have been purchasing and supporting for years on ShopGoodwill.com, spent thousands of dollars, recently they converted to a new Website/Format, it's terrible. Their Customer Support apparently changed too, worst folks to deal with, used to be really good people in customer support. Seems to me it has turned into a scam website. They hardly authenticate items, but will list this as antique, when they are wrong. I am off their site for Good, will spend my money elsewhere and will no longer support Goodwill. Would have given zero stars if I had the option.

Bid & won an American Girl Doll. Item Product ID: *******, from Seller: Boise Metro Goodwill. I understand about donated items, but the photos were misleading. Doll was shown standing, but at arrival the doll's legs are so loose, there is no way she can stand. Shipping is way over priced, no way to choose any better ground shipping. I have used shopgoodwill.com for years, seems lately they are getting much worse, especially shipping from West coast locations, California, Washington and Oregon. Damaged items that were not individually wrapped and $26 shipping for a 2lb small item, because according to them its the boxes they have to use. North, midwest, and east coast seem to take better care wrapping and shipping much cheaper. See picture of Seattle shipment of video cards, shipped in a bag with no bubble wrap, microprocessor chips were all torn off, useless and once were worth some money but had to trash them.

Please, somebody give these people a measuring tape! I bought numerous pieces of jewelry- especially sterling silver -where they were off 2-3 inches off. Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries had the same jewelry posted 5-6 times ( new items I suppose). After I received mine, I told them they need to adjust the rest of postings because the necklaces were 3 inches shorter than what they were claiming. They did not even bother make the changes. Other buyers were intentionally cheated the same way I was. When they have the absurd no return policy and exorbitant shipping prices they should be more attentive with the items description. I hope their higher management read these reviews and do something about all these complaints.

It's great once you find a few reputable shops and primarily but from them. I always check the handling and shipping fees before placing bids, sometimes they are over the top and scam money that way. Best ways to buy is buying bulk lots, less known but expansive brands, and buying several lots from the same store to combine shipping (but make sure the store allows this). Also be careful by checking the pictures closely, I purchased a coach purse in "new" condition that smelled and had a large stain at the bottom. I went back and saw they didn't show the bottom of the bag in the picture. On the other hand, I bought a gorgeous like new condition Dooney and Bourke leather bag for a total of $20, from the same store. So basically you either get lucky or not.
