There's a systemic misrepresentation of items for sale for which no return of item is possible. See pic for example where listed as "tested, sounds good, small crack in woofer". I've been burned. I hope it doesn't happen to you.
An expensive subwoofer that was listed as "seems to function properly" clearly didn't. Any reasonable, even non-technical person, would conclude that obvious fact if they heard what I heard. Goodwillfinds' solution to making it right was simple - it's not their problem anymore. It's appalling to discover an entity hiding behind the veil of questionable ethics. I'm out nearly $200.
