I ordered slippers against 10 days return policy, Unfortunately size received was small and requested online for bigger size slippers. I received message that my return request is accepted but, Quite surprisingly, I have been informed to courier the packet to the supplier directly because pick up from my location (sector 38, chandigarh) is not available... My slipper cost was Rs 550 and return courrier cost was Rs 250 (thro DTDC),,,,,, Ultimately I gifted my slippers to my family friend
Shop clue's return policy is fake,,... be careful while ordering thro' shopclue,,,, Customer care not available!

The items they sell in (http://shopclues.com) ShopClues.com is of low quality. They dont have clear return policy. The sellers in shopclues sell 3rd quality products.
I brought one mobile from ShopClues.com but it was different from what they showed in the order photo. The quality was very bad and I wanted to return it. ShopClues.com said that they cannot take the product back. And they didn't give a valid reason. And later i was not able to contact the support. Even emails were unanswered.
You cannot reach the customer support easily. They will call you if they wish. This Shows how they cheat people easily. So with my experience I would say don't buy from ShopClues.com and get cheated

The RO tees purchased on ShopClues were defective, 40% failing within 2 weeks of installation.

ShopClues makes it easy to open an online complaint but, from there on, service levels drop into the toilet. There was no response to the online complaint, so I tried calling. An automated response indicated that they would Whatsapp me immediately.

And they did, but via a bot. The human chipped in after, literally, 60 minutes. Responses to my Whatsapp comments would take up to 10 minutes. Then, when I didn't respond within 30 seconds, they ended the Whatsapp discussion saying, ". There is no response from your end. However, we are closing this chat."

This is a crappy company that I will never again do business with. Nor should you.

I bought a Wing Chair and it was a very cheap product. In the website Shopclues has shown a Wing-chair photo which is there in the Pepperfry website, when the product arrived, it's a very very cheap chair and a slight damage in the fabric was also there.

It took one month daily continuous effort from my side to call and email them and then they refunded the full amount paid and didn't picked up the chair also.

You will have a very big risk while shopping from them.

This is a fake website, I ordered one item in www.shopclues.com, I had not received the item and website showing the product was delivered to your address, i conformed with my nibers are you received any courier, they sad we are not received any courier for you in past few days, after that i called to customer care and given the information, they sad you compliant will be resolved with in 4 days. I weighted till next 4 days till i had not received the product and surprisingly the website showing your compliant was closed without delivering the product. Again i struggled to reach the customer care support and they told me your complaint will be resolved before 10-Oct-2018, and they send the mail your product was sent to your given E-mail id please check your inbox and spam and they told me for my information they attached the screen shot of mail, but in that mail their is no screen shot for the mail. This is a fake website. Don't buy any item in www.shopeclues.com. I am strugling more than 15 days to resolve my issue, till now i had not received my product and i lost the money.

Purchase a couple of products 2 weeks back. The products came fine, However, I was shocked when I got a call from an unknown number claiming that they were from ShopClues and called me up to inform that based on my purchases, I won a car in their lottery. I knew it was a scam. Just to check them further, I insisted them to send someone in person to my place. The caller insisted me to give them my Aadhar Card number or Bank account details if I wanted to get the reward encashed. I had to hang up the call. But got very worried on shopping from such a scammer site. BEWARE GUYS!

Website has fake prices. They are trying to scam you of PayPal dollars. When I called to confirm the item advertised and the price they told me it was better to order directly from manufacturer because they had website problems. Days later same fake prices same answer... but if you just send your money you are out of luck since refund is usually "store credit" for overpriced items they will get for you but not the item you ordered at the discount price. STAY AWAY!
