I PLACED ORDER ON 30TH MAy'20 with payment. Delivery was scheduled on 6th June'20. But still not received nor any feedback or reply from SHOPCLUES. Is anyone there to inform me about my order delivery?

I placed an order on 25 May 2020 of around 3500rs pre paid and it was expected to deliver by 30 May 2020. But its 9 June now, I have not received my order yet. Worst part is I am trying to contact the customer service every day by calling 10-20 times a day but did get any response from their side. I understand that it might get delay due to lockdown but then why the app is not updated and I also got a WhatsApp from your end that I will get this by 8 June. But nothing happened. This is really frustrating and also I lost hope to get this deliver. It means It wasted my money and time and efforts. Worst site ever. I am much need of the product. I will never use this app again and never recommend this for sure.

Hi guys, don't purchase any product from Shopclues. They are selling fake, duplicate, useless product. If you purchase any product and u want to return product, they are giving covid 19, lockdown reason, so my question is for these guys, why selling their product in lockdown. They have time to deliver the product but when pick or refund customer money they are not ready to refund our money. They are given useless reason. They are not contacting us and they don't their customer care also. Once you open ticket they are closing our ticket from their own by sending email covid 19/lockdown reason. Reviews option also not available on this website. So please don't purchase any product from Shopclues. THEY AND THEIR SELLER ARE COMPLETELY FAKE AND FROUDE. DON'T TRUST ON THIS WEBSITE. MY ADVICE TO GOV. PLEASE BAN SUCH WEBSITES.

I had prepaid for an order online, but never got the product delivered to me. When i tried reaching customer service to complain about it, all i got were automated bot messages.

The worst site I have even seen. Given an order one month back. Previously it was saying because of lockdown due to corona it is delaying. Now they have dispatched the order and saying it will reach on 22 of may. Today is 25 of may still it saying the same that it will reach on 22 may. When I tried calling customer care. No one is responding. I have got call from some strange no saying he is calling from shop clues and giving me 1st price Mahindra car; and when I refused to take. He started abusing. Guys please don't prepay even a single penny for this service. Yoi will definitely regrat later.

I ordered sugar stripes on 10th March. But till date it has not been despatched. Also the cancellation button is not active and unable to cancel the order inspite of the item has not sipped. Unable to contact customer care only recorded voice is available. It says order is active and will be despatched soon. When? Nobody knows. I have paid the full amount Rs 1300/ No reply to any email. Just received the invoice not the item. The item shows delivered but only the invoice came and there is no way to reach the customer service or send an email

I have purchased one Moroccon oil from the site and i got the delivery on 22nd april 2020. After open the bottle i got to know that the oil is duplicate only upper bottle looks original. Same time I put the return. After putting continuously comment one day I got msg from the customer care through whatsupp. Her name is Priya. She take all the details from me and told me that It will be taken back and I got the amount ( 2550) back on or before 7th may. After 7th may they didnt respond. Now no body is entertaining me. I lost my 2550 amount.
SO FRIEND PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT. THE CONTACT NUMBER THEY HAVE MENTION IN THE SUPPORT IS NOT WORKING MEANS WHEN YOU DIAL IT WONT TAKE THE CALL TO CUTOMER CARE. ALWAYS TOLD YOU TO RASIE THE TICKET. SO YOU WILL JUST WASTING YOUR TIME IN THIS SITE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I AM WARING YOU. DONT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD SITE.

If you wish to purchase any item from this company, l suggest you not to buy any item from this company. Recently I bought some essential items from the ShopClues's. I am not getting those products yet now. I got a fraud call from *******471 number and they said that I got the first prize in ShopClues lucky draw. Now I want to know that How the frauds got my personal number from the ShopClues's database. Please don't buy any item from the ShopClues's, otherwise you will be regret. This is totally not secured to purchase any item in online.
