We were leaving the country and my husband wanted another pair of ABC pants for the plane ride but didn't have to time go to Seattle. ( we live on an island) I called and they were extra nice by taking my credit card number over the phone and shipped them out immediately. Unfortunately, the pants did not fit since he gained weight since we bought the last pair. I called the store and talked to Justin who understood and immediately sent me a return label so I put them in the mail to get a refund.
It was absolutely delightful to deal with people who actually care, are professional and do what they say they are going to do. I will try again, but have my husband on hand to get the right pants! Thanks Lululemon!
I have been very satisfied with Lulu Lemon products- various style yoga long tights, cropped tights, headbands.
I wear these products often, they last a long time and are excellent value for money.
Three years ago, a friend, another fan of LuLu Lemon products, told me to buy a high - necked LuLu Lemon one piece bathing suit.
Styling is great. Charcoal Grey colour is flattering and a nice change from all the black I already have.
I only swim about 2-4 times per year. I have worn this bathing about 10 times in the last 3 years.
The quality of the material looks brand new. Unfortunately, the zipper jams and I can no longer zip
It up.
Extremely comfortable clothing. Most comfortable workout clothes I own, however very expensive. Great quality, although I have had to return a pair or two because the stitching comes undone. They replace them or reimburse you. Very flattering clothes, would recommend. Make sure you wash with care (cold water, inside out, air dry). This ensures the fabric maintains its great condition. I follow these instructions, however sometimes the stitching comes loose, but as mentioned they will replace/reimburse you if this occurs. Great company.
I bought some sports bras and pants from a local store here as I've heard good things about this brand from a lot of friends. It's a lot more expensive than what I would normally spend for on a sports bra. The fabric and quality is good enough, but I don't think I be buying again unless they release something I'd really want
For how expensive these leggings are the quality of them should be way better. I've had 4 pairs and all of them the seems have started to fall apart and 3 of the pairs have got holes in them. I was then on delicate and air dry them so I don't understand why this keeps happening.
Personally I find that lululemon items are quite expensive and out of my budget so I don't own many pieces. I've had many friends tell me its worth it to spend the money on essential staple pieces like a sports bra or a legging but thats it. (Still havent bought but I completely agree)
However, for my recent visit to their shop, I saw their Fly Away Headband for only $15usd (its $12 in the states) and I decided to get it. This was honestly one of the only items I felt good spending money on because it doesn't cost that much (especially for a lululemon item!)
Plus, it looks good so I'd say if you want one or a few things from this brand; just get this one :)
I had sent my pants in for hemming and I never received an email saying it was ready. I made multiple calls to the store with the work order number. After more than a week of waiting, I walked into the store and asked. They had lost my pants!
I was eventually given a gift certificate to re buy it if and when it is back in stock, but I was quite disappointed in the service.
I have been shopping here for over 4 years and I love it! Lululemon has never let me down. Although products are quite pricy I believe it is worth all of my money! The quality is amazing and all the different styles and colors are great. I can never run out of choices. Lululemon is my cozy clothes my exercise clothes and it can be used for so much more.
Sure I love lululemon but I only have experience in the store. Let's just start out with how hard their mobile app is to use. It requires you to sign in every time you open the app and it frequently deletes items from my cart. Never order online from lululemon. EVER. First of all they charged me double and they didn't even do what I asked for in the ordering process. I ordered two pairs of leggings. One showed up days late and the other was lost. Not just delayed but lost. Like I will never get them lost. And the worst part is that they are not out of stock online and nowhere in stores near me. And all the customer service representative did was refund me and said sorry for ya. Which I'm almost 90 percent positive won't work. It will probably charge me two more times instead of actually refunding my money. Never order online from them. If you want their products actually go in store because ordering online is complete and under crap. It would be better if I hired a bird to go make me some leggings because then I could afloat know that I would get something.
We bought $148 pants today, went to go wear and found the sensors are still on the pants. I called to talk to manager because it's a 30+ minute drive for us to get there, then we had to wait in line outside for 15 minutes in the snow storm, just to get inside, to wait again when checking out, called manager, just said it's human error, nothing we can do, i asked again and let them know I'm unconvinced, I'm frustrated by this, daughter can't wear to event tonight that we bought outfit for, they said just come in and we'll take the sensor off. No apology! That's what i get for buying $148 pants.

Terrible customer service, stuck with $100 leggings that don't fit. Tags still on, contacted them on the same day I received it and tried on. Won't authorise an exchange because they "made too much". That doesn't even make sense.
I have recently purchased three pairs of lululemon pants that came apart at the seams. Like completely apart between the legs, and unraveled on the front & back! I have been a devoted customer for over 10 years and never had an issue. I contacted customer service thinking that they would repair them, spent over an hour on two live chats, gave my info three times, photos and emails. I was told the whole time that they would help me out. I just received an email yesterday with them saying their quality does not cover "external force" or "normal wear and tear". Your telling me that your pants that you charge over $100 for, do not last over 3 months, and it is my issue not yours? Yes, my thighs do touch, I don't have the perfect body but I also have never had this happen to any other pants in my lifetime.
I finally bought a few items at Lulu and I'm so sad they started pilling even before washing! Who knows how bad they will be after washing, ugh. I really liked the fit, it is cute but what kind of quality is this when items cost over $100? Really bad.
I received a pair of align lululemon pants for Christmas. Truly soft and comfy. I wore them maybe 5 times to work out, then one day while pulling them on my thumb went through the material. Sadly unimpressed with the quality and the team at lululemon said nothing they could do it wasnt a quality issue. Really? After a handful of wears putting a hole in 100 dollar leggings while doing nothing more than pulling them on is NOT a quality issue?
I regret spending the absurd amount of money I have spent on this brand. Their overall quality, clothing longevity and customer service is not good.
None of the pants I have bought lived up to the guarantee they offer. The socks were ruined after one use (24 dollars a pair). You are better off buying Walmart quality.
Customer service is poor and you will get different answers depending who you talk to and they will not honour each other's statements.

Two of my orders were never delivered!
I reached to the customer service and they gave all kind of excuses… asking me to ask my neighbours, the post office, even stated that my order may have been stolen from my front porch. I have secure cameras and I proof no package has arrived. Now, I wanted to be refunded, they only offer me part of what I spent and nothing else. Pure SCAMMERS! Don't buy online!
I purchased a tech shirt and it arrived with a noticeable stain on the front which would have been impossible to miss by the person filling the order. I returned it and wrote a review concerning their quality control which never got posted on their site. I then reordered and under the shipping date it indicates "still calculating" and has indicated this for at least 4 days. I tried to communicate with Lululemon on several occasions but no response. I have a number of Lululemon items but will not shop with them again. Lastly, I posted a review on their website and they didn't post it.
I placed an order in November! He never arrived at my house. I opened a complaint with UPS and on their website, it says to contact you! On the website it says it was delivered on November 28th, but this package never arrived and UPS called me once, I gave all the details, the people who work in the building received a call from UPS and said they hadn't received my package, and to this day no one has told me returned.
I ordered a gift card on December 9th for a Christmas gift. I did not receive the gift card until December 27th which totally defeats the purpose of giving this as a gift. I will never recommend Lululemon. Customer service has been absolutely horrible.
Ordered 2 items, one arrived. The other item, a Christmas gift that was supposed to be here in time, never made it. Tracking info shows it started at their distribution center in OH, went to SC, then MA, then back to them in OH. I live in AZ. Tracking info has said in transit the past 4 days. The item is out of stock as well. No one can tell why it went back to their distribution center. No one is going to look into where it's at. I can just get a refund and NOT reorder since they're all out. Oh and no apology either.
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
