I placed an order on November 13 the ship date has changed three times now the forecasted ship date is mid February I've never received worst service from a company in 40 years save your money. This is pathetic service by any standard

I ordered a pair of Drew shoes from Shoe Mall, then read the reviews. I was worried that I might have made a mistake. The shoes arrived in 5 days and were exactly what I wanted. No problems whatsoever. Good service, good price.

Big Mistake

The receipt of my shoes was fine, but when I went to return them because they didn't fit, that's when my nightmare began. I used their return label, which apparently puts your return on the back of a donkey. It has been over a month, and the tracking information has not changed. When I contact them, they tell me there is nothing they can do, and that I will not get my refund until they have the shoes in hand. Their customer service people are also hopelessly rude. Looks like I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to get this issue resolved. Thinking about shoe shopping online? Just say NO to this site!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11-09-2021. I just received them on 12-19-2021. I understand Shoemall isn't responsible for shipping issues however, they sure won't help you if problems arise. I was told they couldn't issue a refund until 15 business days after last scan from FedEx. Miraculously, after the 13th day FedEx started scanning package again. I called Shoemall & kept getting the runaround. Supervisor was extremely rude. I tried explaining to her that FedEx told me my package had been lost & they would have to start a claim. They did not do that & kept telling me to wait another week. Every time I called it was always just wait another week. I finally told them I would be going to my bank immediately to get my funds reimbursed. I told them good luck locating the shoes. After my last call with Shoemall my shoes arrived. Needless to say, do not do business with this company. Not worth the extra time out of your schedule dealing with all of the shipping issues, not to mention a rude customer service department.

After seeing all the reviews of people mostly complaining about how bad the customer service is, i was skeptical at first. But still I bought a shoe here and it was perfect, just as how they showed it to be! I love it and it wasn't at all deceiving. I don't know why other people are complaining how bad the website is, but i got mine correct, and with free shipping & cheap too. If anyone decides to buy here, my tip is be sure that you get the right shoe size and do your research on the shoe brand! Because it seems like everyone has a problem with getting a shoe that doesn't fit and has trouble returning it. I got mine 1 size bigger than my current size so i know that it will at least fit (and using socks will help fitting in bigger shoes). Hope it helps! (3

I wrote a review about the shipping and the shipping policy was not clear the way my boots were shipped I was very unhappy I was disappointed it went from Fedex to USPS I kept getting my order gonna be delivered today and then no order then no delivery date and this continued for several days but I wanna update I finally received my boots and I am actually very pleased with the Boots Is the size was spot on the color exact I was pleasantly surprised except for the shipping still not happy with I probably would order again but would request that they ship different.

Never again

Ordered item on 10/6, recvd item on 10/16, didn't like item, returned on 10/17, recvd email confirming return on 10/21, and as of today 11/6/21 still no refund to my account after numerous calls to customer service. On one call, the rep actually said our accounting department is backed up. Funny how they find the time to charge my account.

When a package wasn't delivered, I contacted FedEx. They told me to contact Shoemall who then blamed the FedEx tracking system. In the process, no one could tell me where my package is. The supervisor I spoke with was rude, unapologetic and talked over me to the point that I eventually asked if she could hear me. She could; she was just rude. I will never order from this company again. Never. Customer service is too important when someone is ordering online. Rudest supervisor I've ever spoken to.

Rude frauds

I know the coupons make it tempting, but DO NOT SHOP HERE, go to a reputable company. If your package is lost – which seems to happen often with these frauds – they are absolutely zero help, very rude. Seriously, don't shop here.

DON'T SHOP HERE!

I ordered a pair of shoes on August 6 and I still haven't received them! They were shipped FEDEX and I can't get a delivery date! I called customer service (and I am using the term loosely) a d they were obnoxious and rude! I will call my credit card company tufts and dispute the charge! This is ridiculous and I hate being treated like a second class citizen!

If I could leave 0 stars for a review I would. Normally I wouldn't even bother with a review. However, I came to this site as a first time customer. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Both said they were in stock and would ship within 5-7days. Great! I ordered them for my kids for school. HaHaHa, what a joke! 2 minutes after paying for the items, I receive an email saying 1 of the 2 items are out of stock and are on backorder which will be a month later to get, then 5-7days shipping from then. I contacted them immediately, explained to them I only ordered because they said they were in stock, and to NOT ship the other, because I would be cancelling my order. (This happened on the weekend). I have been in the process of trying to cancel my order for 2 days now. After sending the email saying to NOT ship the item in stock, I guess that's how you get expedited shipping, because all of a sudden my order is shipment pending. Now this of course causes an issue again, because now, I am unable to cancel my order according to them and the way it looks I'm going to have to pay $6.95 to return something I told them NEVER to ship. Absolute worst company I've dealt with in a long time. 3 phone calls, 2 emails and a migraine, but still no resolution for the issues

Absolutely the most rude customer service I've ever spoken to. Seriously was told we don't guarantee your purchase will be delivered on time. My purchase has been at same location per tracking for a week and they refuse to assist.

Do not order from this company. Sizing is off, poor customer service, and misleading information on the internet. I will never shop at Shoemall again. A reputable brand like Minnetonka should not sell their product on this site either. Probably won't purchase this shoe anymore.

Ordered a pair of shoes on (5-13-21).

Got the confirmation email shortly after along with another email saying they were on back order although they were supposedly in stock when I ordered them. I wear a size 14 and have a very difficult time finding shoes I like so I had no problem waiting on them to be in stock which was June 18th.

Checked on the status every day and the delivery date kept being pushed back until the point where it said July 3rd. Then yesterday (June 18th) came which was the original date they were supposed to ship them. I checked the status only to find out the order had been canceled without warning. Needless to say I was very angry. Not only because they did that but because I had really wanted this particular pair of shoes. The kicker though, the website still shows them in stock in my size.

Completely unprofessional. I will NEVER order from this company again and I highly advise other not to either.

Trustworthy Online Businesses

I received my boots with no problems.
The only thing is that FedEx will deliver your package and sometimes they take longer than expected, after that I recommend Shoemall, just make sure it's your correct size.

DO NOT purchase from these people. I ordered shoes three weeks ago and have not received them. Shoemall like to take your money. Then you are left with excuse after excuse. They use your money to purchase more stock. The worst consumer department7 the worst internet Shoe site!] SHOP ELSEWARE!
