My first experience was pretty good, fast delivery. I ordered two pair of tall boots the only thing is they are a little tight around my calf area.

Customer rep was rude. Kept insisting that I keep my subscription when I wanted to cancel. She made inappropriate comments. It was a horrible experience.

This site is the best. What you see is what you get. Other sites you have to wonder if it's going to look like the picture. Shoe Dazzle packs your purchase with care. You don't have to wait along time to get your order. They have a wide range of variety that I purchase things just because I know I can't find it anywhere else.

My package was shipped to wrong address 3 times.i corrected Lasership 4 times and shoedazzle3 as well.still didn't my my shoes2weeks no shoes.then they went back to seller.at that point I didn't even want them anymore so I canceled and did get refunded...

Love the shoe category. But, the clothing line in every clothing wear can use an upgrade. This year's clothing line. I'm not pleased with at all. Something more classier. From the dresses too the jackets, pants, etc.

The boots had white substance on in it. It may have been used before. Shoe dazzle need to improve their quality control. Return the item back to the company the next day.

The fluctuations in pricing and availability makes it difficult to purchase at the best price. It changes daily. Very rarely do they have the sizes when items go on sale

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
