Shoe dazzle quality is horrible quality. I ordered shoes and none of the sizes are consistent. My sister is a 8.5 and her shoes fit my other sister who is a 10. The shoes I ordered (7) were too small and the other pair was too big. Don't waste your money.
First off, they charge WAYYY to much for poorly made shoes that I could barely stand to wear for maybe an hour. After I got them I tried to cancel my subscription through the email they sent and it said I was unsubscribed. Then, the next month money was taken out of my account. I called them and was told that you have to call to unsubscribe, the other way doesn't work. So I tell her to cancel my subscription. She says okay and thankfully I got a refund.
The next month, again, money was taken out of my account. I called them and the customer service rep was extremely rude and basically yelled at me because I wanted a refund and I had already canceled and she told me that if I didn't get the confirmation email it didn't work! She told me there was no way to get a refund and then hung up on me. A few days ago I called to make sure its canceled and this time she gave me the refund BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

I have been a member of Shoedazzle since 2012. When it began it was a great concept. The rules were different, you didn't have to buy shoes for the "exact" amount of $39.95 and there were no shipping and handling charges. Now, your credit is only good for purchases of the exact amount of $39.95. If you buy something that costs less then you have to pay and your credit remains. And, good luck finding shoes for exactly $39.95. I am out. The changes that have been made have pushed me away. I am done being inconvenienced.

The shoes were fine quality, but I cancelled my VIP account in January of 2018. I just went to my bank and they told me I've been charged $39.99 every single month since then. I cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone or the instant messaging, so I hope posting this can get someone's attention. Again. The shoes were fine, I just don't need to get so many and I would really appreciate help in terms of a refund.

Cancelled my service today 5/12/20. My card was charged on 5/6/20. I contacted customer service to request membership cancellation because i cannot afford for my card to get charged every month. I am aware of the skip the month service but i completely forgot to skip.

Just trying to contact those in customer service is ridiculous. Their automatic generated responses are enough to make you cancel your subscription. And don't get me going on talking to someone you can understand!

I signed up for the vip members and ordered my shoes and got the other for $10. As part of the deal. But when they arrived, one pair fit me too big even though they were the same size. So I asked for an exchange. They sent me the label, I returned it, and never got the shoes I sent back. So basically shoe dazzle hustled me cause I did not get what I was signing up for
My delivery was on time and my orders fits perfectly!
Awesome service. Wait time was an hour long however.

My final order never came. It said it was delivered, but I never got it.
So far my experience with ShoeDazzle has been awesome I love the website, I just really want an app for them.
The heels that I purchased were fine (a bit too tall for me to actually walk in them), but I really wish there were way more options for heels/wedges that are 2 inches or less. I had surgery on my feet years ago and my toes can't handle anything more than 2 inches because of decreased range of motion. The only options available for that height are limited and not very stylish.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
