I bought pink sandals, when it finally arrived I was so excited, I opened the box and there was scratches on it and look like something was eating through it! Never again will I order
1st i ordered 2 pairs of sandals then the quality of those sandals is very bad. Poor standard. Then they told me i can't return it i passed the 30 days return policy. Well it's brand new how come you can't extend or accept the return items after 30 days. I called them after maybe 35 days they still didn't want to give my money back. Bad customer service.

I like the site. It's hard to find where to skip the month however. I think it should be in a more user friendly place. Especially during these times I want to buy but need to save and can't wear my shoes anywhere.

So many great options/styles available in both shoes and clothing along with accessories, too! Their support is super helpful and fast. I love how great their social media team is as well. I don't always purchase from my showroom but I love the fact that they pick items that they think would fit my style based off what I am buying! I love the shoes and bags. I haven't purchased anything from the clothes yet but maybe this year! That section has become better!

The $39.95 hidden fee you all are attempting to charge to my card a month AFTER my purchase, is ridiculous.

Very low quality, uncomfortable, cheap materials. Negative option plans (auto pay without pre billing notice to back out) are generally scams, allow companies to charge customers for products consumers are later dissatisfied with... shoe dazzle uses this scam model. Company only provides credits for returns, so your only option if you fail to cancel your billing is to buy more low quality shoes. Just a lose lose to sign up for show dazzle.

Frequent customer who had requested that packages get signed for and one package shoes were worth $70 but I only paid. 28 for them and they were left by fedex who just left them on the front porch. Want to cancel whole subscription now because they won't replace the shoes.
Been shopping at Shoedazzel for years! Love their style and colors of shoes! My closet is full of pink boxes! The deals make it way too easy to keep buying shoes! My 18 yr old is also starting to get her pink box collection.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
