I signed up for the vip, ordered my shoes and they were HORRIBLE quality. Felt like plastic. I then tried to cancel my account, it took me 3 days to do so, and I never even got a refund.

I first signed up with ShoeDazzle November 2019. I ordered twice boots, sandals, and dress heels. All the shoes were poor quality and worst of all they were painful to walking and after less 1 hour I couldn't stand in them. I contacted the in January to cancel and they have a hard time and still didn't cancel. I have to contact them again and they refused to refund me for January. RIP off company do not buy..

In the last few months I have received a pair of sneakers (which were too tight but I was able to exchange them). However, I also ordered boots that we so undersized I cannot get my foot into them and I was not able to return them, so here they sit. Then I ordered 3 pairs of sandals all of which either hurt my foot where the zippers were sewn in or across the top of my foot and one was too small. I was not able to return any of them. So I have all these items I cannot where but cannot return for even store credit. I have no one to give them to and I have lost all the money. I don't understand why all of the sudden shoes are not returnable? I may need to cancel my membership which is sad since I have been buying from you for almost 5 years now. Please look into this for me and I am sure for others in the same situation.

I ordered the shoes, with not very high expectations because they were 10 dollars. They went above and beyond with everything. They were here within 2 weeks and the shoes are such good quality, I will definitely use shoedazzle again.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
