The shoes I bought were too small so I tried to exchange them on the website. I had two pairs to exchange but could not get back to the place to request a second exchange so I called Customer Service. The agent was very kind. She cancelled the original ticket and created a ticket so that I could exchange both pairs. She was very patient and took care of what I needed in a timely and courteous manner. I received my exchange very quickly as well. Thank you.

Shoes were overall cute but the soles of the shoes look dirty right out of the box. Had my friends make comments about it. I haven't worn the shoes since because they don't scrub clean. It's like part of the design I guess? Either way, would have been my favorite pair of shoes if it was white like normal and I could dirty them the old fashioned way, by wearing them.

I would say for the most part it is good. Shoes are a great deal I just wish they would have the ones I like in stock it seems to happen all the time I can't get the shoes I want.

I ordered a pair of black over the knee boots on sale and I couldn't be happier. I am a fan of sexy boots, with 14 pairs in my closet. They range from thigh high to knee high to ankle boots, but the pair of OTK boots I ordered from Shoedazzle are far and away the sexiest. What an awesome deal!

Greedy thieves still manage to charge me 39.95 twice after canceling my membership. I was not and interested in making a purchase as I did not find anything on shoe dazzle that I like at all so I cancelled and now I have to deactivate my card and request a new one so they would not charge me again.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
