The shoes did not fit. Not true to size or width. Not too many option when it comes to sandals
I love shoes but was disappointed with the shoe selection and half of the shoes I tried on didn't fit correctly - that's why I canceled my subscription. I also found that some of the materials for the shoes were not of the best quality - one pair broke as I was trying them on - they fit perfectly but the strap broke very easily. I will not be subscribing again.

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 9th, it is now 20 days later and item still hasn't moved and the customer service agents all have the same thing to say: we can reship but no guarantee it will get to you. Never using this bullcrap site again. First order was 2 sizes too big, second order never got to me. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They will scam you and then beg you to keep your membership. Cancelled and boycotting this stupid site.

My purchases have been amazing except for the last pair I ordered. They are a wonderful color and I LOVE that I can slip them on and off - I just feel like I have no support. I have rolled my ankle twice. My last shoe purchase has not deterred me from ordering future pairs but I think I will skip the sneakers.

They auto renew subscriptions and dont have a way to cancel on Site you have to call in and be pressed to keep your subscription the shoes are lovely but not worth the hassel

The VIP membership is a trap. $40 is taken each month unless I go in and skip, even if I don't buy anything. When I decided to use my $40 to buy something and cancel the membership, only $10 is available to me. What a scam!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
