I've only purchased two items and both times had an issue. The Shoes had a missing pull on the zipper and then the jacket I bought had a missing button! Like really. And I've tried to cancel my membership but the site is always having issues. Very unhappy.

It was good, shoes are comfortable but heels are too high even not just mine. If you check other heels shoes all r too high and thn we can just wear them in house not outside.
Shoes are comfortable to walk and I like shoes.

I found some shoes because they were on sale, as I thought, and when I bought the shoes they tried to make me pay for a membership which I did not sign up for. When I tried to cancel the membership (which I could only do over phone call) the customer service lady was very unhelpful and eventually hung up without exploring different options. A month later they charged me 40 dollars when I didn't buy anything. I finally got my money back about a week after we fixed the situation that could have been fixed had the lady before not hung up the phone. All in all very bad experience and will never again buy from them.

I was with shoe dazzle got about 6 months. I got some cute shoes. I skipped months with no issues and when I canceled it was, easy no wait time. The only reason I canceled is because I have a ton of shoes and need a break for a bit lol

For the money to be automatically taken off my card consistently every month, you'd think the shipping process would be easier and smoother seems as those you have my information stored. Love their shoes high heel thick soles/ wedge heels but some are a bit to high and some of the boots are to tight for my legs. Overall the ones I kept are great.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them on March 24,2021 and when I received them they did not fit I contacted customer service and they were supposed to send me a return shipping package in which I have not received o this day which is May 3rd 2021. I would not recommend to ordering from them

I bough a number of shoes at once, two of them needed to be returned because they were too big. I returned them, having to pay for the shipping label and box, and then when the new pairs got to me I realized they sent me an even bigger size than before! I've contacted the company via email and no one has responded back. The customer service at this company is AWFUL. This notification email to fill this out actually reminded me that I need to cancel!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
