I have been a Shoe Dazzle customer for many years since 2015. For some reason, my account is really really in a mess. I have called several times to rectify the problem but it never seems to be accomplished. Yet and still they continue to take money from my account. I call to get it straight, I order what I want through customer service, they tell me my account is fixed. The next month I go into my account online and it's all messed up - no correct information in my account. It's just awful.
When I call I get customer service that I can't understand because of the language barrier, it's very hard trying to get anything done.

I have given them multiple chances and every time it's a flop. Products are garbage and customer service is no help. You're better off shopping at Ardene for the same crap quality and a lower price

Some shoes were cute but didn't fit. Most of the shoes are not my type of shoe. I like pumps. Aren't too many options. The clothing are nice but sizing is too big.

I have opted out of the auto deduct., a couple of times, but the money was still taken... i love the merchandise, but some of the things just dont fit right. I have sent several emails, and have not heard back. I love love love all of the things ive gotten, but some just dont fit right.

I tried to skip the month and it wouldnt let me last month so i ended up getting charged that month and even tried to check out for a pair of shoes couldnt do it, then tried to buy them again, they were sold out so i missed the opportunity..

I waited over a month for my shoes to arrive and missed wearing them for a special event. I contacted the company many times. They finally arrived after 6 weeks and the product quality was great. I never received an apology nor incentive to give them another try. Disappointed in that.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
