I can't really leave to much of a review I didn't get a chance to receive my items they customer services is horrible I talk to like 40 people and none gave me a good reason why and couldn't solve any problem or didn't listen to my problems or concerns it's was like talking to 40 walls

My shoes I ordered are so hot & I only paid $10 a piece for them! Just don't love doing a membership so I may still cancel it.

I still have not received my package it said I would by February 2,2023 and when I click on the tracking number nothing has been updated since January 30,2023 when I called shoe dazzle the representative said just keep trying to track it and would not say anything else very upset by the service especially the customer service

Quick, affordable and stylish! Came across Shoe Dazzles website doing a search online after nothing stood out from other big brand names. The online experience was awesome! Got a great discount as a first time user my shoes came quickly and were true to size! The do run a little small but I saw they had wide foot options I'll need to try that option next time.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
