Hello I thought my wife would like the boots but they feel like rubber and have a funny smell.
I was very happy with how fast the shipping was, and also excited on the quality of the shoes. I had immediate purpose for these particular shoes and let me tell you I had so many compliments and questions about the shoes. So I am very happy I chose shoe dazzle for my shoe fashion.
Shoe was weird shaped not even made right y'all need help don't advertise shoes to me no more. Lol
No one could tell me what was going on and when I gave my order number to see what's going on with a package I never received because they sent me a refund email and yet I have yet to receive any refund they just continue to tell me they don't have an order number in that number.
My order in September came in 2 separate package I've yet to receive the 2nd package or find out any more information about it
My shoes were too big. I have sent them back but my money has not been refunded.
I always get quality products from them. Without spending too much i can look like i did. Everyone compliments me on my boots and shoes. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I never agreed to sign up for whatever VIP services they were offering. I just bought shoes. But sure enough, a $49 charge showed up after I purchased the shoes. They did refund it, but I think it's shady practices. If you're a good service, you don't have to trick people into using it.
After I received my order, my account was charged an additional $50. The quality of the boot was poor and the heel was ripped.
Terrible! I received two left shoes! This is the second time I've had to go through the trouble of returning two left shoes or two right shoes. I'm sick of it.
I bought four pairs of shoes that are very nice. They all were on sale which made this purchase even nicer.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
