I ordered three Boots and only two came
Very disappointing it also said they were $10. The breakdown was not $10. It seems like a scam to me. I'm still waiting to hear back where my pair of shoes are.
I am so confused as to why it takes almost 2 weeks to get a refund for items that were returned and the return has been confirmed. I used the shipping vendor recommended by this company, I have received the email to advise you have received my return, but yet I have nit received my credit but yet you want me to continually make purchases. Nope nope and nope.
My package was delivered to the wrong address and i couldn't get any help from Ontrack nor Shoe Dazzle to resolve this issue!
The boots are bomb and I love them. Good quality and fit. The bag is great but for light travel. My only complaint was the shipping. I got my package early and wasn't home, thankfully my neighbor got it for me.
I love how easy it is to order and how fast my items come. I wear a larger size so it's great to have shoes that are true to size with a large selection.
I love Shoedazzle for the sales alone. The quality of the product just makes me that much happier with my purchases. I bought 8 pairs of shoes. Ridiculous! Who does that?! I do. Every time there's a sale. I haven't ordered in a little while and forgot to change my address since moving. I contacted customer service and they got it straightened out for me quickly. I got my shoes a couple days later. Extremely fast shipping! This whole buying experience is what it should be like with every company.
Got a size too big. Did an exchange. Never got refund or the new size.
The boot i ordered did not look like the would go over the knees. I'm 64 yes old and look like a hooker trying to wear them.
Got 2 pairs of boots they came late and didn't fit so had to send them back at the beginning of October and still haven't heard anything back yet and haven't been refunded either over a month now been waiting was 68$ ðŸ˜
I purchased my shoes almost a month ago and I still haven't received them. They said it was supposed to be to me by the 23rd of October and nothing yet.
I've been a member since 2017 and my receipts will tell you I absolutely loved shoedazzle. The price increase, while expected, actually came with a decrease in value. Not only are they not combinable for their dollar value but the vip prices are still lower than the price of a credit. That takes away the benefit of being a member. Also the curated bundles are hit or miss. The shoe styles have become redundant and less unique than they once were. The clothing sizing is not always accurate anymore and some pieces are not as depicted on the site by look of the material. Lastly my last few purchases have had shipping issues. My overall experience has declined with this company. As someone who once promoted the brand proudly, I still tell people it's good to build a shoe wardrobe but it seems better to take advantage of the sales rather than become a member.
I never received my order. The shipping info stopped at a certain destination and there was no additional info ever provided. I plan to dispute the charge because it was never delivered to me.

I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
