WOW Shoedazzle is absolutely one of the best sites to shop on, especially the main course; Shoes. All kinds of shoes, from boots to slides, stiletto's to pumps and so on, anyone would love this site. Its very organized and well put together then most of them see.

They are obsessive I don't understand the additional fees being charged when making a purchase and if the reason is because it coming from over seas perhaps get with Temu and SHEIN and figure out another way.

My experience with ShoeDazzle has been nothing but good over all great I love the way they pack their items I love the way you return your items when it's time to return if you can't fit or wrong size they are not neglectful with none of that they are right on time when it comes to refunding you back if needed to be only thing I can say I just wish they would have more options for as colors and flats I can't wear heels no more some boots are only in heels like the camouflage ones I like them but I need them to be lower pumps or flat not heels other than that I will still always come back to ShoeDazzle for my online shopping Christmas time coming I will be on here on ShoeDazzle it would be nice if they could add a few more accessories for as clip-on earrings because I can't wear pierced earrings they have good customer service skills whoever I speak with on the phone they have been nothing but great very nice respectful knowledgeable and up-to-date on information so overall I say my experiences pretty good
I love Shoe Dazzle, but have had a bad experience with my last two returns. The Happy Returns service they use have lost my return twice.
This means are your long call to Shoe Dazzles both times to explain and prove my return was list by their return service.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
