I return my purchase for a store credit and was told it will take up to 10 days before I could use it

Fit not true to size, not all fabrics will have the same fit but 2 to 3 sizes difference is ridiculous.

Cute boots at a great price! I love Shoedazzle it's just an expense I can't always justify.

WOW Shoedazzle is absolutely one of the best sites to shop on, especially the main course; Shoes. All kinds of shoes, from boots to slides, stiletto's to pumps and so on, anyone would love this site. Its very organized and well put together then most of them see.

The issue I have is that I have not received my order yet. Normally it's really fast shipping with previous orders but this has been the longest I've waited for my shoes from here.

Trying to get more shoes and boots. Nothing is in stock in my partners size. I'm unable to get an answer of when stock will be replentished. It's like one and done. No extended service.

I have been pleased with 90% of my orders, I wear 11 - 12 so the only thing is when the wide is unavailable 😩 I've only had to return shoes for not fitting, but the boots always come thru

They are obsessive I don't understand the additional fees being charged when making a purchase and if the reason is because it coming from over seas perhaps get with Temu and SHEIN and figure out another way.

I love Shoe Dazzle, but have had a bad experience with my last two returns. The Happy Returns service they use have lost my return twice.
This means are your long call to Shoe Dazzles both times to explain and prove my return was list by their return service.
