This was my first time purchasing shoes online so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. The quality of the shoes was really good but since I have been wearing size 6 1/2 my whole life I just assumed ordering this size they would fit but unfortunately they are too tight to where I can't wear socks with them. If I purchase again from Shoe Dazzle I'll probably go up a half size to play it safe.

I returned my shoes the next day due to being too narrow. I had to contact shoedazzle 3 times to get a refund which took almost a month. Finally recieve refund minus 10.00.

Shoe Dazzle is my go to shoe store. (My husband & closet would agree). Granted, I don't love every pair of shoes, but I'm a fan. Would I recommend? Yep. Will I continue to purchase? Yep. Although, I don't know how to feel about the black boxes over the pink.

I was skeptical of ordering another pair of shoes from you guys again because when I did I signed up for the VIP membership and when I got my Box it was torn. So I canceled the membership. Then I ordered another pair a couple months later. The box looked like it was sat on.

Also I was double charged after purchase. But spoke to customer service who said it will be refunded and explained why I was double charged. Said I'm on VIP which I'm not aware. So told him to kindly cancel as I need all my refund back thanks.

Love this site everything comes nicely packaged and just as described in the picture. Sizing is accurate with every pair I have received. I also enjoy that if I make a purchase within the first 5 days of the month I am not charged the membership fee.

I plan to discontinue my VIP membership. I'm not happy with ANY of the shoes I have purchase in the last few months which is why I have not written any reviews. These shoes were not made for full figured women. Even the wide width shoes are very uncomfortable.
No since in wasting money on shoes i'll probably never wear again. Each pair I purchased I ended up giving to a charity. I figured a person in need would appreciate them more than I would. The quality has gone down a lot since ShoeDazzle was first opened and I am not happy.
Time to discontinue the membership.

Every time I'm sent a package it's always sent to the pharmacy and I can never go there and pick it up because I don't like the pharmacy or the pharmacist or the staff there and so I didn't want to go to the pharmacist at the pharmacy I would rather have the package delivered to my house at my doorstep

I minus 1 star because i have tried numerous times to order from them and my card kept declining. It was until i got a new card from another bank the payment went through. I do blame shoe dazzle for this however, their shies are good quality and last me years before it reaps.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
