Called customer service for an exchanged that was never processed. The rep quickly gave me my options and was even able to see what I had in my basket. She asked me if thats what I wanted and quickly sent the exchanged item to me. I refer all my shoe loving friends to Shoedazzle not only for the quality but also becase the customer service is fas and reliable.

Then I had to use the credit and of course the shoes are priced in a way that you have to buy more and pat more beyond your credit in order to use it. Not shopping here qgain6

I order many shoes from this site and I am receiving shoes that don't last long and that they start to come apart from the sole and ball of the shoe. I don't wear the same shoe more than once a month. Not even that much. They mostly sit in my closet. When I want to wear them I'm not expecting to see them separating from the bottom. The selection of shoes are not appealing to me like they were when I first started ordering. I have credits to buy shoes and not clothes. The clothes are overprice because Shein have a larger and better selection for less. The shoe credit amount was raised because? The shoes are starting to suck. I love stilettos with platforms and I don't see nothing appealing anymore. Thank You for allowing me to vent. I been unhappy for a couple of years

Since I found Shoedazzle my shoe troubles are over. They have unique pieces at very affordable cost and I was nervous that when I ordered I wouldn't get the quality but that first order was just the beginning of many to come. I got my item in less than 2 weeks, surprisingly, as I thought I would take a long time. I was pleased with the cost, quality and delivery time as well as the small token that came with it (discounted food shopping card). Thank you Shoedazzle for making my first experience so wonderful that has me pleased to spend my money.

I had 2 experiences in a row where the items I ordered were not delivered to me at the address I gave and "disappeared" and had to be re-shipped. A lot of back and forth between ShoeDazzle and the 3rd party shipping company left me w/ a sour taste in my mouth.:-( However they had been giving decent service in the past, hence my somewhat dissatisfied rating.

I bought these shoes for a wedding I was in. By the time I walked down the isle, the strap broke and I was no longer able to wear them. It was a waste of my $17.00+.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
