So I sent in 4 pairs to be replaced with a smaller size. You only sent back 3.2 have arrived and the other is on the way. I am very upset and If I don't get my other pair or a different pair we choose I will file with my bank and tell them you are stealing from me.

Ordering these shoes was very easy. I received extremely fast with no problems with my order, and the price was amazing. I would never be able to get such cute shoes of this quality for even half of what I paid at other businesses. Great service, great quality, and great prices. Love the product, received many compliments. However, the delay in shipping was a factor, not sure if i would receive in a timely manner but all worked out well. Did not like to pay one extra dollar to view the shipping/tracking route. This can be taken off or site should provide information on tracking shipments.

The only reservations was the waiting time which was somewhat lengthy. There was no communication from shoe dazzle all through the waiting period. I had expected a call or message informing me of the status of my orders when it was past the estimated delivery time

I wish I had pictures I will upload when I get home. The army style pants I got in Large looks and fit like a xxL falls right off. The white sandal shoes came scuffed and stained yellow. They a very uncomfortable not qorth the money.

I'd give it a 4.5 if that was an option, but it's not so 4 it is. The shoes from the site were amazing and looked better in person than I imagined. When I wear them i always get compliments on them and i never get compliments. They're that good. I only jave two critiques. I feel like they came later than estimated which doesn't really matter now, but I was disappointed. One of the shoes i got was a bit out of size. I got sandals that were extra wide because i have wide feet. It is always a problem finding shoes because my feet are wide, but these sandals were way too much. I wanted to return and replace them which is not the site's fault. If they're all sold they're sold, but I gad to resize the sandals my self by cutting up my yoga mat because there was no other way. That's just my experience, but the shoes were still cute. I also think they are a bit flat.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
