I like the option to create an account and to be able to earn points and discounts. My order arrived on time, my size was a perfect fit. I bought five pairs of shoes. I live on the road helping veterans, it took forever to get my package. So I had it pre-approved that if it was forwarded then they would refund my money and they did not. After I did everything they told me they would do. I asked him to go to the recording because it was recorded message that approved it before I paid for the shipping which was not cheap. And they still refused. So I will never shop here again.
I'm tired of companies like this. So corrupt that they don't honor their word.

Shoedazzle always gives me what I order. The size, the exact picture on site, the quality and a smile when the delivery comes! I've been a customer for quite a few years and I definitely reccomend this site and service. I have pieces that are at least 5 years old but because I love them they endure. On more than occasion, I've reordered the same piece in different colours.

I had trouble returning shoes that didn't fit, that were uncomfortable, or damaged. I bought around 12 shoes all together and I wanted to return 6 of them. But everything was very confusing so I just lost my money

Received a pair of shoes that were too narrow and sent them for a return with a note requesting the funds be returned to my credit card. I received a email saying the return had been processed but had been done as a store credit. I ended up purchasing a pair for a friend of mine to clear out the credit.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
