I had acouple hundred dollars in credits after cancelation. You charge me for new membership with out me being aware of that policy. There was no pop up or a box th check. So it seems to be unethical I am waiting for a response about a credit still

I received my order in two separate orders (I had a lot) and the first order had the majority of my items. The second order arrived damaged, but my shoes were intact.
There was only one pair that didn't fit properly but the other 6 pair fit just fine. I have been with Shoedazzle for several tears now and while it can be a hit-or-miss with me finding shoes that I like, I love the low prices and the VIP member perks!

Love the shoes comfy at the start lol but I have flat feet so they was painful towards the end of my event. The extra wide fit was perfect as well my foot did not look crazy like it would in most regular fit heels

I love the item I purchased and delivery was quick and efficient; but, I have said this before, the site is not the best to navigate. If you click on an item to get a better look, when you try to go back to the previous screen it takes you back to page 1. This is very frustrating if you were eon page 13. I also don't understand why we can't "Skip" on a mobile device, it has to be a desktop or laptop.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
