Do you have 2 left feet? If so, you'll be happy when you order a pair of shoes. That's because that is what you'll likely get. We did. No recourse to correct. Awful!

Overall Satisfied.

I've ordered five pairs of sneakers. I've learned through trial and error to order a full size up as the first couple of pairs were too small. (I think they're sending me the European 9 1/2:-) Luckily, the smaller shoe fit my son, so I didn't have to return them.

I find the sneakers to be of good quality. I have not had to deal with the customer service side of the business, so I have no feedback on that.

Thanks for the feedback! Most all of our shoes are in US sizes. The exception would be brands like Birkenstock which are manufactured in Europe and are displayed on our website in European sizes. It sounds like your shoe may be running a bit small causing the fit to be off. I'm glad they fit your son but we do offer free returns should you ever need to return a pair.

I was nervous to purchase from Shoebacca, based on a few bad reviews I read online. The pricing was so good, I took a chance and ordered 2 pairs of Asic sneakers. One pair arrived in perfect condition. I was worried that the other pair wouldn't arrive, again based on a few bad reviews I read. I called Customer Service and spoke to Stephanie. She was professional and helpful. She confirmed the other pair would be arriving next day and provided me the tracking number. The 2nd pair arrived, as promised in perfect condition. I walked 5 miles in one pair today and they are the most comfortable pair I ever had. VERY HAPPY TO BE WRITING THIS EXCELLENT REVIEW. I received great quality products for a great price and received great Customer Service. Thank you Shoebacca. I WILL BE BACK TO ORDER AGAIN.

Got them today, right on time. I wear a 9 but ordered 8.5 cause they run little big. They fit good, but gonna take a little time to break them in.

A few issues
June 12, 2020

Well I ordered a pair of Scott tennis shoes and they were way too small, i sent them back, they were delivered to Irving TX, im waiting on refund. meanwhile I ordered a pair of Diadora and they arrived, fit perfect,they were on sale for a great price..so i ordered a 2nd pair.
The very next day...I didnt even get to wear them, the rubber came unglued at the toe. i req a return, chose defective as the reason, and my est refund is $12 less than what i paid?? I will update this review

Made a purchase through Amazon and they shipped the wrong size. Contacted shoebacca and the girl/customer service rep. Was rude, didn't listen nor offered to solve the issue. In fact, she was rude from the very beginning, guessing, maybe she doesn't like her job! She has bad customer skills, and no human relations. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again! Also, will let all my associates and family know not to order as well. There are far too many competition for any customer to experience what I did over something so simple and to be mistreated and disrespected towards.

I ordered the sneakers side 11/5 and called Shoebacca to change the size to 12. I was told to ship the size 11/5 back and I would get the size 12. Cost me $37.00 to ship it back. Now I'm told that I have to buy the sneakers back to get the size 12? This means I lost $37.00 to get it shipped for a $47.00 refund. Bad business all the way around. I could see if I didn't call and make the change, but I did. Thank y'all but I could never, never do business with your company again, nevertheless to tell others about y'all.

I have a list of 12 different pairs of shoes I want to buy and have added it to my cart.
They had different sales "spring Clearence', 'Mother day sale' etc. But the price for all 12 pairs have never changed during last 2 months. 5 Differnt brands Sperry, Puma, Adidas, Dr. Martens, Asics

These shoes are 100 percent fake. The stitching is bad, marks on the shoes are wrong, the classic sole label
Is not there, and the toe end are extremely tight. Looks like these shoes will be junk after 3 months of use. I would not recommend getting adidas from this company

Pleasantly surprised.

I was a little apprehensive after reading reviews, however the shoes I wanted were a full 40.00 less than elsewhere so I crossed my fingers and took a chance. I ordered them Thursday night/Friday morning, and they were delivered on Saturday. Incredibly quick delivery and exactly what I ordered!

Read Return policy

Make sure you are happy with your purchase because Shoebacca does not pay for return shipping and on top of that they charge a $6.50 restocking fee under a $50.00 purchase. I would recommend Amazon. They offer free returns on their shoes and free shipping.

I ordered a paid of Timberlands. I received a cheap looking and feeling version of the Timberland boots from this place. I returned the Tims before Thanksgiving and have been calling since for my refund. They said they received the item and would process my refund after multiple calls. I called today and was told my refund was just processed yesterday! Why?!@! You had your package back for a little over a week now! I want my money back and will NEVER shop at this place again! I would not advise anyone to buy this company's cheap looking and feeling shoes and forget about wanting a refund! They take your money out instantly but take weeks to refund your dam money!

Experience so far

I have enjoyed the service and promptness so far. The prices are very reasonable and return policy is reasonable, unlike some that say " restocking fee" It's posted in return policy, take time out to read vs writing bad review. I bought like 5-8 pairs so far and happy with most and returning a couple. The " Zoots" ( which I never heard of) are the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my feet. Thanks Shoebacca
