Boots arrived on time, but the boot shaft is rediculously to small. I've bought many Laredo boots and have never had this problem before. I am an avid walker and have normal size legs. My calves bulge over the top of these and if I'm trying to wear leggings with them it looks like my boots are made for a child.

The shoes were delivered as expected and as promised, but not WOW factor involved... nothing that lends itself to top of the line exceptional performance. Just down the middle, average, the same as most other vendors in the retail business these days.

I ordered a limited edition Puma deva boot. It came to me damaged which was ridiculous. I had already ordered my clothing to match that could not be returned. Everything was on a time limit and final sale. If i wanted a damaged rusted shoe I could have bout it from Ebay or a consignment store! A limited edition shoe people! I wasted my window waiting for my money to come back and the shoe in my size is gone from other locations!

After reading a few bad reviews about Shoebacca, I wasn't sure if I should order here. But. They were the only ones to sell the shoes I wanted, so I decided to take the risk.
The shoes were shipped immediately, and I think they arrived 2 days after I ordered them.
Size was good, I have no complaints at all.
I did not have any contact to their customer service, so I can't write a review about them unfortunately, but the rest was really ok!
