The price was great, The boots were awesome and my husband loved them. The only thing that I was really unhappy with was the fact that when I placed my order it stated that I would receive my order on December 23rd, however, once I completed my transaction it stated that I wouldn't receive any order until after Christmas.

The staff were rude when I called after two Wells to see where my order was as it was after the delivery date. I was told my order was still in processing. Instead of shipping my order they just canceled it. Even though it was in stock. I will never recommend your console based on my experience. Luckily after better researching I found the item at a local store and $20 cheaper. So thank you for saving me money.

I decided to order a pair of boots for my sister for Christmas from this company one month prior to Christmas. I waited a few weeks and still had received nothing so I reached out to this company. They let me know that I should be receiving them shortly so I waited. I then received an email after waiting which stated that my order had been canceled. Beings that I had already told my sister about her Christmas present I reached out & this company apologized over and over. I understand that things happen therefore they re-ordered them for me again and they let me know that they would expedite the order so that I would have them right away. I then waited yet again for about seven days but the status was still showing up as processing online therefore I called again. I spoke with the most rude woman that I have ever dealt with before. She told me that processing takes up to four days therefore I needed to continue to wait. I then stated to her I have already been waiting seven days. The woman said "let me repeat mam, you are going to need to wait you will get them". After this phone call I decided to be patient even though I wouldn't get them before Christmas and I waited. It is now Christmas Eve and I just received another email where this company canceled my order for a second time. I emailed this company and they emailed me back saying sorry the boots are out of stock. I understand that things sometimes take time especially around Christmas but there's no excuses for the rude employees that I've dealt with in having not one but two orders canceled on me when I was extremely patient waiting for this Christmas gift. Do not order from this company they will screw you over, time and time again and do nothing about it. It's clear to see that this company is a scam I should've figured that out earlier.
