Very personal interaction from Dee, who was unbelievably friendly and helpful. She proactively reassured me at every stage with photos and videos of my car being transported. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Really happy with my experience with Shiply. London Van hire is outrageously expensive so offered me a cheap easy alternative, knowing that the drivers are reliable + trustworthy. Would definitely use again!
These guys were great, nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to make this as stress free as possible. If I ever move again Damien would be my first call. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.
Very simple to use, had never used anything like this before. Within minutes I received a number of quotes for the work I needed done. The chosen provider was excellent and did exactly as requested promptly, efficiently and politely.
Bought a bunk bed extension off e-bay and then realised that the components were too big to put in a normal size car. Found shiply on google and submitted my details. Got the first of three quotes back within a couple of minutes - all fairly similar in price give or take £10. Very reasonably priced - much cheaper than it would have cost me in diesel and time to pick the item up. Excellent web interface allowing comms with the transport company. Really pleased with it and would definitely use again.
Always sceptical when you use a new service however Shiply did exactly what was needed. Quoting was easier. Plenty of replies, and it saved me a trip.
As a charity every penny counts therefore being able to have something delivered cheaper than I could personally make the journey was a huge bonus.

Second time I've used Shiply... would recommend... some initial quotes come in at ridiculous prices, but this shows how some transporters/removals companies try to charge more than necessary.
So far both couriers used have turned up at collection point on time and where appropriate kept in touch for delivery giving an eta
Have never bought anything on eBay that can't be posted but on this occasion I had to. It was amazing. Purchased late Sat night and by Monday afternoon item was in my house. Can't fault the driver or his company

It makes the normal carriers look very expensive.

Very good site and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend using shiply for purchases on eBay (cheaper and easier than hiring a van etc) that are too large or too heavy to post.
I have had 2 x purchases delivered last weekend, memory foam mattresses from Romford & a king size divan base from Leeds area, excellent.
This service was amazing, fast great price and saved me chasing around. Shiply arranged quotes and the agencies they provided were second-to-none in professionalism and efficiency.

I've used Shiply a few times recently and have always been impressed. Communication is excellent. They provide a great service between couriers and those who require transport services. I recommend unhesitatingly.
Courier tore my new sofa, scratched the arms... and then damaged my property significantly by denting one wall, taking plaster off the wall and ceiling, scratching one door and breaking another door. Complete cowboys! Shipley will not cover you as they claim to be a matchmaking service only. Courier is only covered whilst in transit - so while items are inside the van. Courier was completely unprofessional, Shiply offer no resolution so I'm stuck paying for damage to my item and property. Avoid at all costs or this will cost you dearly!
Turned up exactly when he said he would. Loaded my van with care and delivered it with no problems.
Clearly a man who works hard to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

It is cool to receive many quotes, however my first experience was negative with the guy not showing up to collect goods and not even bothering communicating properly ( to be fair he was new to the website and I gave him rust with no reviews). Shiply hasn't been much useful with this, but at least they recovered my deposit.
I then tried again and I got an excellent service by a Polish transporter with many positive reviews.
What the user should know is that negative or neutral reviews can't be left for a number of days (10?), so beware.
Their online platform for generating quotes is very buggy so I forwarded the specifics of my shipment directly to their email. Here is the response:
"Please try to book the delivery request either on a different web browser or a different device.
Should the issue persists, kindly send us a screenshot of the error you're encountering so we can assist you further".
How asinine a reply. Even though they have all of the information to input they rather go back and forth with emails and screenshots instead of simply taking care of this themselves. Tells you everything you need to know about the company...sad.

Great service from quote to collection to delivery... This is here where everything stops and we enter a downhill slope.
Chairs arrived damaged, driver won't even listen to the receiver, courier won't communicate with me, shiply.com refuse to take any responsibility. Shiply could't care less.
Courier has provided false contact details
Was advised by shiply to contact the police, though it's not a criminal matter. Furthermore the courier is in Eastern Europe. Courier claims to have £120.000 insurance er shipment. If you ask Shiply, they can't verify anything. I suspect shiply do not check any details whatsoever.

Edited as a response to shiply.com... I can assure you that you haven't vetted the drivers completely. (Or don't do it on a continued basis) Otherwise you would realise that the contact details of the driver are inaccurate. FACT
I was let down by TNT as they didn't turn up 2 days in a row! Have also experienced this with many of the larger "well known" couriers. Tried this for the first time and I can't rate it highly enough. Easy website to use. Quick response from couriers. Great communication from courier I chose. Arrived on time both at collection and delivery, gave lots of notice, nothing seemed to be a problem and it cost less than TNT we're charging me anyway! And the options for payment are great including cash on collection which gave us peace of mind. I will only use this service in future.
Very professional delivery courier who is polite and punctual, nothing is to much trouble, kept me informed by phone of time of delivery as at first there was a window of possible pick up. Then item delivered earlier than expected but good that it was early and not late, will definitely use again if need to
I was a little worried about using this as havnt used this kinda site before, but the whole experience from start to finish could not be faulted. Very easy to use & our courier Dan was brilliant. Definitely would use again! A***
