Amazing service. Arrived nice and early. Helped load and unload even gave me a lift to the destination and friendly service all the way from pickup to destination. I will be using again in future - it is rare to find a well priced, professional service these days and with only an hour for my lunch break - they had everything done within 30 minutes. 100% recommended - I am leaving long detailed feedback because compared to the other feedback I have seen - I 100% believe this transport service communicates and looks after you the entire way. That is what I saw today - thank you.
Shiply offers a great service which is easy to use, far, far easier than its competitor. Real quotes come in quickly. It is only let down by carriers who increase their quotes when you show interest in them. Not on, really.
Courier changed the agreed days (booked and deposit paid) for the job to days which were entirely unsuitable. No attempt to fit in with my needs and wishes so I asked Shiply to refund my deposit. This was done promptly, but only into my newly created Shiply account to use on their services in the future with a 2 year limit. It is not like I am needing to move furniture as a normal householder very often-so I have lost the money!
I have never had this experience with any other business or shop, so until their attitude to refunds change, I cannot recommend them
I never knew this service existed until it was suggested to me when recently buying a large item that needed transporting from the Cotswold. The process is easy and straightforward to use. I picked my operative by looking at the comprehensive review system to see what others thought, and had a very positive experience.
First time using this company and really pleased, communicating all the time informing me of each step of every stage.

The company engaged, communicated and delivered exactly as they said they would. This was my first experience of buying on-line from an auction and I now have confidence that it is a system that works.
After six weeks my freight never got picked up, Shiply has not refunded my deposit and then wrote themselves a positive review on a job they didn't do. Have tried multiple times to reach Shiply but have not gotten any response. Find another shipping company.
Shiply meets a real need, and manages what it offers with professionalism, clear communication and support. My only niggle is having to wait a Sunday to get a response when the company I chose let me down. But otherwise excellent.
First time user of any courier agency. Not sure how much value in paying their extra prices for increased exposure although amazing all 3 cheaper quotes were the same.
Chosen courier extremely helpful and swift... only later read that that shiply do not fully vet the couriers and up to hirer to do that.

Multiple bids for my business, sent very quickly. Ridiculous range in cost from about £50 - £300+! Some companies are simply stupidly greedy as such a price range for the same delivery cannot be justified! In the end I went for a low quote, but still far from the cheapest, and have no complaints.
Shiply is a brilliant concept and works well. My experience was entirely positive.
I posted an offer for a car shipment and I got all offers with a fix amount of 2000 Euros. That was a clear red flag! Their software is rubbish and I get all the time email from them. The transport companies do not give any details except the money and they all have fantastic names(probably invented). No delivery times, no insurance, nothing. They try to trick you in with questions no transport company would ask! Don't fall for the scam! You will lose your money!
Easy way to find a courier at prices I want to pay, anywhere in the country I need items picked up & delivered. Easy to use website and plenty of choices of price. My items are usually antiques and they have been carefully handled.
Transport of VW Golf from a main car dealer garage to a third party. Arranged date by phone for delivery in two days time. Pickup and destination details sent by text. Phoned on the day to say when car was ready and the job was all done without me having to do anything else. Was the third cheapest quote but small picture on Shiply website showed truck that would be used and the amount of insurance cover, which was all reassuring.
A great and very affordable way to transport goods purchased on ebay or similar. I found a really good courier who provided an excellent, speedy and courteous service and I'll definitely use Shiply again.
Submitted my request. Had numerous responses. Very easy to qualify which one you want to go with and check previous reviews. Then booked my delivery partner and they were excellent. I've already recommended Shiply to a number of people.
An absolutely brilliant, smooth, well timed collection of a beautiful church pew from Derbyshire! Then an equally fabulous, smooth delivery the next day (at the earlier end of the time frame given) to Warlingham in Surrey! I really appreciated the updates from the driver giving expected time of arrival! The pew was very heavy but it was very carefully carried into my cottage by the two guys! I will definitely be using not only Shiply'

Took less than an hour to get three quotes, got six within a day! Has useful feedback section for you to research the couriers that quote before deciding on which one. Some negative feedback for some couriers was not warranted but obvious by reading the comments. Not a reflection on Shiply anyway! They facilitate the quote gathering process and for that it is brilliant. Then you must do your research or take your chances the same as you would with a business from the yellow pages, etc.! Personally, I would definitely use Shiply again and, as it happens, the courier was good too!
Great way to find car movers which can be difficult otherwise.
Seemed to work well with plenty of interest in my fairly small job.
Did pretty much what it said on the tin, but allow a good few hours for quotes to come in.
I was lucky to get a small local starter guy who did the job for a very good price.
The nearest quote was more than twice.
The only criticism I have is that the operators may not be given enough initial information to make a good quote.
Great service! Collected and delivered as specified, would definitely use again and recommend. We had the prospect of my son having to hire a vehicle, drive from Stockport, Cheshire to us in Herne Bay; collect the boiler drive back. Manhandle the item back into his house to have it fitted. Apart from the time and inconvenience it could not have been done for the price of £65 which this company undertook to complete for collection and delivery door-to-door. Well pleased!
