I have used Shipito about 15 times to send items to Australia. They used to be fantastic. I recommended them to friends etc. I now only purchase in the USA direct from websites and would recommend others do the same.
They lost a package $550 USD (plus $150 USD fees and postage) I shipped to Australia in October. This package was never shipped, paperwork was never even filed with Australia Post. I was told to make a claim and have corresponded with Shipito pointlessly for 3 months and they clearly intend to waste my time in addition to losing my package. For example questioning the paperwork for items they have had photos of and for which I paid insurance. It seems from online reviews they have a huge issue with theft at their warehouse. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

In my first purchase was all perfect, (because the purchase was of little value). In my second purchase, of greater value, they told me that my package was lost in their deposits (I stole them), I was waiting for 2 weeks and in the end they told me that they could not find my packages, request a refund and they immediately suspended my account supposedly For "fraud". There are already many cases like mine, I do not understand how this scam company is still working!

I have read the many reviews and I would agree with some and also note that some are too harsh. The main thing I want to communicate is that we all are human and we all make mistakes. I have been with Shipito since 2013 and I have had my share of issues -- but few -- and luckily they have been resolved. On most occasions my packages are sent quick and fast, the service has been on time and polite -- sure you might get an occasional on line rep or person by email that is a little sassy -- but that's life. Regardless of the potential issues that could arise I would recommend shipito over and over. I am a US citizen living abroad in Saudi and I know many others that have used other freight forwarding companies and they are either too expensive or their packages are delayed and even lost -- the providers aren't many and the ones they have aren't the best -- Shipito offers many options, on time service (at least 99%) and good customer service at 95% minimum -- so don't let the bad reviews here stop you -- use shipto. I am not paid for this -- I am just an honest customer with a realistic view.
They lost my package and when I ask when it will be found the answer is: When we find it, you will know. No commitment with the customer.

I received everything I asked for and paid for-- my box: photographed, forwarded, tracked, untampered.
Despite the Customer Service Representative's assertion that my Parcel would be mailed Monday, tracking instead indicated that the same day USPS confirmed delivery to Shipito's address in Minden, Nevada, (on a Saturday, at that!), FedEx picked up the package and sent it on its way.
By Monday, FedEx had the package in my city, where it sat for two additional days until delivery. Next time I'll know to order faster shipping. FedEx was the bottleneck in my experience, not Shipito.
I would recommend Shipito to a friend, and, in fact, already have. 10/10 for my first experience.

TDLR: I dont recommend to use them and when NEVER send expensive items with them because they may be lost forever. Also dont use their preferred shipping partner DPD.
The service of shipito is okay when everything is going the normal way. But beware if anything goes wrong there is zero help. My package was shipped at 03/16/2017 and is now 10 weeks on the same place when I look into the tracking info. The estimated shipping date was the end of March but it is still somewhere or already stolen from shipito or their partner (Just check other 1 star reviews). I talked to the chat about my problem and they are friendly but are not able to help you in any ways.
I raised a ticket at the beginning of April that I have a problem with my package. After 1 weeks I got a message that the company has not received my custom payment. After some messages I then told them again and again that I already paid it and sent them the order id and screenshots where I paid this fees. After 2 weeks again a got another response from them. The content was that there partner GFSBIZ has not received my payment so it was literally the same that I got already 2 weeks ago. After that I sent them even the paypal clearance to approve the payment where I paid the packages. Until now (5 weeks) I have no response from them anymore. If you write a message via chat they just tell you that they ping there claim department and you just wait again weeks to receive nothing even not a single message. If you open another ticket they just close it and you wait another weeks. I also wrote some e-mails to their shipping partner (DPD / GFSGIZ) directly. But I got no single response from the 11 emails I send them. I even called them and they guy told me to write a e-mail and he will look into this asap. But yeah this was already 5 weeks ago and still havent heard anything from him. I dont know why I even believed him. SO BE CAREFULL WHEN USING THEM!

Shipito is very useful for those who buy anything abroad! They are helpful, and their packaging is very careful. They have improved their quality over the years.
