Never received items. Purchased for wedding, never was shipped. Pay Pal would not help. No refunds. Call their phone number before you buy. You'll see that no one answers or returns calls.
Again, do not buy anything from this company.
I ordered to motorized center piece turn tables, they looked ok, (no on/off switch_ not a big deal) installed new batteries, the one made a small creek noise and that was it. The other did absolutely nothing! I tried calling them, live chat, and emailing them. No answer whatsoever. I'm about to try and send it back, but God knows if I will get my money back( I have a bad feeling that its gonna be money completely wasted) Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. I've had better luck buying from someone out of their garage. If I could submit this with zero stars, I would. They don't deserve even 1 star.
I ordered a number of fat heads for a Senior high school team celebration. I gave them over 6 weeks to get the order to me. I understand shipping is taking longer these days. Some items were missing and they were slow to respond to my initial email. I ended up requesting a refund and I got a fraction back. Go somewhere else! This company is not worth dealing with!
I ordered and paid for items for our school's Homecoming Dance and the main items have not arrived. A metallic Eiffel Tower and 2-foot light-up letters. I used the form on Contact Us several times with crickets in return. There is no phone number on the website for customer service and when I click on the Online Chat button I get sorry we can not chat due to Covid. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but no more. I will use Anderson's from now on.
Despite the negative reviews, after chatting with Karin in customer service, I purchased a Homecoming proposal banner. Order was placed 09/28/21 and received 10/04/21. Great quality and we couldn't be happier. Also chatted with Kate on Facebook and she was very helpful as well. Would definitely order from this company again.
I ordered 11 Big Heads for senior night. Of the 11, one is so blurry you get dizzy and the other is so dark I'm not sure you can see a face. I called them and forget it. They direct you to do a Live Chat. I did that and was #52 in the queue. After 2 hours of waiting, I get Victoria who tells me to email her pictures of them. I did that. No reply. Live Chat isn't even available all the time. No follow up. Basically there is NO customer service. So mad. Wish I saw all these reviews before I ordered.
I ordered a 12 pack photo booth signs and 3 sets of customized fan faces. Shipping was delayed 2 weeks but the items did arrive 3 days before my event only for me to open the box and find a package of sticks and 3 of the 12 photo booth signs inside the box. The 3 signs were not in any packaging not to mention it's a pack of 12 and not 3. But worst part the customized fan faces I ordered for my mother's birthday are MIA. I have demanded a refund but I have no idea what will happen. I ordered from this vendor about 5 years ago so I trusted this company. I had no idea they took a turn for the worst. Never in my life have I ordered an item and received an empty box! Don't bother!
I needed a poster for my daughter for Homecoming in cheer and ordered one on 10/9/21, paid more for extra shipping so it would come by the following week. Never received the poster and now that I want to get my money back since I never received it, there is no way to contact them. I tried emailing, the live chat (which is always "busy"), and I tried calling which no one ever answers. Horrible!
Very disappointed, awful customer service, will never order from this place again. I ordered yard signs for a party on July 7th and they just shipped September 12. I emailed their customer service 3 times and got zero responses. I even called and no one picked up. Moral of the story don't order from this place.
I did not receive my items until 2 days after my party. I noticed that I had not received any tracking information so I reached out to Shindigz the week before my event and received a response apologizing for my order not being fulfilled due to an error. I was told that the order would be placed on a priority list and shipped the next day. Giving me an arrival date 2 days after the contact (see the attached email). By the time I received the tracking information from UPS the estimated time of arrival changed to 4 days later which was after my event. I was very disappointed and requested a full refund. Now I am not able to get a response from anyone. Unfortunately I was not home to refuse the packages when they arrived via UPS the Monday after my Grandson's birthday party. I will be sending the items back and I am going to have to take further actions with SHINDIGZ to get my money because I refuse to just be ignored and allow them to just keep my money.
I placed an order with this company on 10/19 and paid extra in shipping because I needed the item in 11 after I placed the order. I sent two emails inquiring on the delivery... no response to either of my emails. Then I sent another email to cancel my order,,, and no response. Then 11/1... the item shipped. I contacted the company again and no response. UPS tried to deliver and I refused the delivery. I will never order from this company again.
Do No order from here! I wish I read their reviews! I use to be a loyal customer no more! I am down 400 and have no personalize stuff for my party! Going to report to better business and report to my credit card.
I purchased a yard poster that I received and it was blurry! I contacted customer service and another one was sent out but the colors was wrong. I called customer service again and was told I pick that color. I said no look at the original order just to be told very nasty that I did select color. I uploaded pictures to prove that it's not like the original one. I never was compensated for their wrongful actions. Very disappointed in this company!
This has been the WORST experience EVER! Zero access to customer service - no phone number, live chat starts at 30 min wait then bounces to 180 min wait and no one lets me know you've received my email. Your site glitches and fails to upload and there is no way to cancel the order which has not even started processing. DO NOT USE
The company is chaotically disorganized from the bottom to top. Customer service employees are beyond unprofessional and even sharing and complaining about their behind the scenes issues. Lead times to actually receive items are up to a month. They sometimes randomly decide to just partially ship orders with no warning and include no packing slips. An absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a large moon for our Prom. Paid extra for shipping so it would ship at the latest on the day we needed it. Downloaded Shop App as the site suggested to track package. Never showed tracking or sent notifications. Each time I checked, it read, "order purchased."
If you call, you can't speak with anyone. The message says to go to website. When you try to set up a chat, you can't submit. They finally did email. They apologized and said it will arrive on our prom date (May 7) at the latest. Today is May 10 and it never arrived. I'm hoping now it never will and we will be refunded. No response when I emailed about this.
I received my order yesterday & everything was so nice! Exceeded my expectations! Great quality, the colors were spot on and everything was packaged very carefully. I ordered 4 chandeliers plus some other decor and they all made it to me perfectly! I will be placing more orders very soon! Ordered 2 banners on April 6th. Still showing unfulfilled and no one will answer emails or phone calls. Called at 9 am this morning and it said I was caller 23! An hour and a half later I was still on hold. I paid extra to have them by this Saturday but appears to no avail. Customer service is non existent to say the least. I will never order from them again.

I ordered 4 items for graduation event. I didn't receive my yard sign or candy bar wrappers. I also received the wrong banner, the one I got belongs to someone else. I've called over 10 times and have been on hold for over 3 hours and have yet to speak to a customer service rep. I've also sent several emails and no one has responded back yet. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a company.
