Is the estimated ship date usually accurate?

Hello,
Typically, Yes. The dates provided are accurate and come directly from the carrier. But, due to COVID- The Estimated arrival dates come from the carriers. There is a delay with all Carriers Nationwide and the "Guaranteed Delivery Dates have been suspended by the carriers. The carriers have notated this on their website as we have ours.

No it is not. The rep told me directly they do not make any promises on any estimated shipping dates.

Not in the slightest. You are lucky if you even get your order at all and don't expect an answer. Customer service doesn't exist.
