Called and checked availability for a balloon delivery for my daughter's 21st birthday. Gave all the details over the phone and again on DM and was waiting for the email correspondence. I chase it up to be told they are now unexpectedly closed over the week end and on the Monday of my daughter's party. 3 days before the event. So rude, so useless DO NOT USE
Even with the situation with the pandemic, my order arrived very quickly and my order was complete. Now I just hope the balloons are good because I won't be using them for another couple of weeks. The prices are a bit high but the good and wide range of products!
I was not too sure of how the invitation would look as far as the pixels and was nervous in ordering them. But I figured it was only $8.99, if worst came to worst I would purchase them elsewhere. Fortunately I made the right decision because the quality of the invitation is great. Nothing to envy any other invitation. I ordered them one day and the next day I had my invitation ready to print.

I wanted Chuck e Cheese birthday invitations for my 6 year old with his picture. Normally I would go through a great deal of trouble to make them myself but I decided to try Party Express Invitations this time. For eight dollars you can not beat this. It was easy to do and the invitations are adorable. I felt like Party Express had the best selection too. The staff was responsive and did a great job. I will definitely use them again and again.
I also placed an order and had a issue with it asked for a refund and was accused of stealing and trying to get something for free... please do not spend your money with this company look somewhere else for your needs. Whomever runs this company is a arrogant prick and treat customers poorly after they have your money it's not worth the aggravation honestly... I wish I would've read the reviews before placing my order.
I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I'm planning a last minute party for my daughter and purchased a digital invite from Party Express. I received a response within minutes. I was a bit indecisive and requested a few edits and they performed the edits almost immediately!
