I sumitted the order with the picture and they processed it that same day and it was simply the cuttest thing! I dont like it I love it!

I emailed them multiple times, yes, but no one needs to be so rude! I asked for them to redo my daughters invitation because they misspelled her name. Very important detail. An apology and a quick fix was all I wanted. Don't expect same day service. Don't expect them to treat you like you are a customer. I feel terrible and now I have to do something else for invitations without a refund. Thanks

Thanks for making me feel even worse of course i know its late notice but when you order from a company that says it has same day service you think you might get that.
No one derserves an all caps customer service response. Their response to me below should show you exactly their customer service policy. They've graciously bullied me. I'm not awesome I just think you should treat people who buy your services kindly.
