So, I order an invitation at like, 1 in the morning. Give directions for picture I want on it and party info. I wake up in the morning, (4 hrs later) to exactly what I want. Awesome! Especially after the no response I got from an etsy seller. Love it! I'll be back!
I ordered 5 items on here and the turn around was amazing. Had them in my inox with in seconds. I accidentally forgot to include personal information for one of the items purchased and emailed them. I received a response within minutes and the updated item shortly after. Best customer service. I would definitely recommend them and purchase from them again!

I ordered birthday invitations for my son from this website. I was having some issues downloading the file so I asked if the link could be sent again or to give me my money back. I was then told it's not their fault I can't use a computer, followed by them saying I was just jealous of their job and all the money they make from home. The comments about me not understanding computers well continued on and on despite me not responding to the emails any further. I have NEVER had such bad customer service in my life. This is a business ran by one person and there is no one to complain to, but them. They need to be stopped and shouldn't be allowed to have a so called business.

I ordered 2 custom items for a birthday party and was surprised that I received both items in a few minutes after ordering. Both items were customized exactly how I wanted them and I was able to print them out the same day. Items were EXACTLY as pictured and described. They were everything I was looking for and more! My daughter loved the shirt I made her from the transfer I ordered and the cupcake toppers were perfect! I had a personal issue (on my end) and when I contacted the company/owner to address my concern and the issue (again, this was MY issue), they were VERY QUICK to respond (within the hour) and help me! I was blown away with the great customer service I received. Not only are their products great, their customer service is phenomenal... seriously, the best I've ever received from a company. I would definitely recommend using them for your party needs, I know I will!
I thought this site was going to be extremely useful and helpful. It was easy to order from BUT when I didn't receive my complete order the rude and bad customer service began. They wanted to continuously argue with me that they had sent the emails when in fact they just kept sending the same email with the same products in it and then arguing that they had sent everything. I kept asking how hard is it to just resend - after all I paid for it. My party is a day away and I still haven't received all of my products instead all I have received is about 10 emails telling me I am wrong and that I need to check my junk mail once more. With all of the technology available you would think that they would be able to upload the products, like they do some of the instant download products available on the site, so that customers can retrieve them and download them rather than relying on archaic email.
BUYER didn't know how to check email attachments, we send the order over 10 times...
