Awful quality! Tried returning it and noone is emailing me back. Had to open a dispute case in paypal to get a refund!
Awful. I felt rushed, the young man taking the photo did not have a pleasant attitude. Used a Christmas tree as a backdrop and all the arms were bent and sloppy. There was a santa mailbox prop and they asked my daughter to hold a wrinkled white envelope with the word "santa" on it that was written in sharpie marker! Seriously?! Not to mention I reached out via email several times with no response. Waste of time! Go elsewhere!
I opened a claim & won... this person keeps harassing me. & emailed me this after they saw my negative review on this site. "feel sorry for you and gave you your $2.99 for you to use it on toilet paper...

Jajajaja this buyer is just a piece of (you know what I am trying to say) wants free designs and DEMANDS free designs, I wont the case on paypal because this piece, Purchased an instant download perfectly with the size as the item decription says, but this piece... Demanded new free designs and sent me over 42 emails and whoever wanta to see them feel free to contact me and I be happy to forward them to you... Disregard this and move to all my other reviews and feel free to visit the website and read over 2000+ amazing 5 stars reviews :)
