I order a bathsuit from this Company two and a half years ago, I am still waiting, I have requested a refund, but they are so disrespectful they won't even respond. I need my funds because it is the honourable thing to do.

This site states that they take returns within 14 days. I started the return process the day I received the bathing suits and they make you jump through a lot of hoops such as taking photos of the products with the size showing and then saying it's not coming through on their end. After 2 weeks of this, they report that they will only accept an exchange and that we are responsible for the shipping cost to China. I have had to block them on my credit card to get my money back.

Hi, i usually wear size small, I'm 5' 2" 127 lbs I ordered the one piece tribal swimming suit, looking at the size chart they povide. The check out process was smooth, i did no waited to long to arrive with no issues.
When the product arrived it was way too small, probably I'm guessing XXS, my breast would not even fit in it, the material and construction poorly made. It is a bummer because they have such a cute styles. I would nor recommend

Completely different fabric than advertised. Extremely cheap fabric. Impossible to return.

Horrible quality, pictures on the website are NOT what you get, they are cheap imitation items from China. Shipping takes FOREVER. Very disappointed.

Quality of the clothing is extremely poor. The site indicated an item as "crochet" but it was made of nylon. The return process is rigorous and they make it unreasonable to make a return, as once approved, you have to pay for shipping the item back to Spain. I chose to keep the $38 item and donate it rather than pay for international shipping and wait for the return, if it makes it over seas.

I ordered 3 bikinis, the halter sporty, the sexy strapless and the hollow bikini. I've read that it will take 3-4 weeks before it will arrive so I waited patiently and was so amazed how lovely the 3 bikinis were! I ordered a one size up as mentioned on the site too because they come in smaller sizes and it was just perfect for me! Thank you so much!

This company is a complete fraud. I received one of two items ordered. With one item literally in pieces and without hygienic wrapping or stickers. The customer services team suggests that not receiving an item and receiving a low quality unusable and unhygienic item is my issue and that I am not eligible to receive a refund. They have only sent completely generic and useless emails. Complete fraud!

I've purchased 2 bikini in early March, it takes 3weeks to received my first bikini and my second bikini till now I have not receive anything yet! Super piss out that I've emailed them three times, they just replied be patience etc. This is totally unacceptable. And the quality that I've received is not what I expected to be compare with the price that I paid. Website shows that was from US apparently I received it from a unknow China sender. Scam!

Their items are poorly made. They will not refund you your money, the package comes from China so it takes weeks to arrive and it ends up being something poorly made, with loose seams and nothing like what they advertise

I would have rated a 0 if the opportunity was given. This website is a scam. I ordered a swimsuit that on the website says it should be shipped within 3-5 business days. It has been over a week 13 days and the item still has not shipped. They will not refund me despite the inconvenience and replied I just wait till I receive the item physically. How can I refund an item I will never receive! Do not by anything from this site.

I got what I ordered today. It does look like the picture, but the quality is so bad. The materials used to make the swimsuit is simply nylon, and not the swimsuit materials, and the cutting and sewing are so bad that I don't even want to wear it. DON'T BUY FROM ARIA VOSS, it absolutely is a scam.

They send you swimsuits that are not of the good size then they promise a refund or a discount code but never give you the discount code nor the return address and when you contact paypal for a return and refund they declare that they did not receive the article back and keep the money after that they give you a discount code but when you use it they cancel your order right after you paid and you can't use the discount code again. A big scam! Liars! Don't buy from them because if there is any issue with the article you ordered, they will not give you your money back and they will lie about the return and never refund you!

Although it there are lots of style, but fit and cutting are sooo bad. It is just ridiculous, never tried on a bathing suit with such bad fit before.

There is no way that this can be a legitimate company! I ordered two bathing suits from them, and although one was better than the other, they both did not fit well at all. The second I think was actually made for a child, because there is no way it would have fit an adult woman, even if she was a size 2-4! Not to mention said suit came from China due to the packaging that it came in. Most people don't read the Terms & Conditions on websites - they just click that they agree and move on. I happened to read them after I made my purchase, and the best thing I found was this:
"We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk."
Are you kidding me? Why did I purchase from this company? I can't believe I just wasted my money on a company that includes this in their terms of service.

This swimsuit is from very cheap fabrics, very very thin and see trough... and no support ar all... really bad

Do not order from this website! Never received my order and haven't received a refund. They conveniently delete my comments on social media blasting them but don't return customer service emails. They steal from hard working people... people who work for their money. Very sad... karma will get them!

I've been waiting 3 months now for one swimsuit. I've emailed the company numerous times and they keep telling me to take care of the issue. The worst online company I've ever done business with.

I ordered two swimsuits, one arrived from aliexpress.com and the material and sizing were completely off. The second swimsuit never arrived, have sent about a dozen emails to them which went unanswered until I threatened to post on social media that they basically stole my money. At the end no solution, they told me to track the parcel and contact my "local post office". DONT WASTE YPUR TIME OR MONEY, go to aliexpress if u want to order the exact same swimsuits at way cheaper cost, although I don't recommend it at all. Aria Voss is a complete scam.

They had 5 stars on a bikini I bought. I paid $32. It was shipped within the time but it was not like the website. It was soon small. I'm a size 4 and bought a medium. It was a size medium for a child! The XL probably wouldn't even fit. Then they make it difficult to return. I emailed them and they said to email them in 2 days. Don't waste your money.

Made a bulk order for several bras(risky though for first time order). But i'm glad i got all the bras on time. One thing i also notice is their friendly customer care, he talked to me nicely and listened to all my newbie questions. Thanks and may order more tomorrow

I order some with other websites and this one is clearly the worse. Still not received my order since 2 months
