Awful. I felt rushed, the young man taking the photo did not have a pleasant attitude. Used a Christmas tree as a backdrop and all the arms were bent and sloppy. There was a santa mailbox prop and they asked my daughter to hold a wrinkled white envelope with the word "santa" on it that was written in sharpie marker! Seriously?! Not to mention I reached out via email several times with no response. Waste of time! Go elsewhere!
