They don't respond to emails. I'm waiting on a yard sign for Saturday and was guaranteed it would arrive by The 23rd and today is the 27th. They lie avoid I think they just keeping money before the go bankrupt
Placed an order but notice the shipping address was incorrect with minutes of clicking send. Contacted shindigz and they would not change the shipping address for an order that wasn't going to be delivered 14 days.
Worst online experience ever!
I ordered from Shindigz/Stumps and did not receive my order in time, although I paid over $25 for express. Anyway, I ordered a custom banner and a yard sign. When I did receive my order, the banner quality was poorly done, (and it was the entire banner so no way the pic would have been the problem!) and one of the items was missing. I emailed customer service indicating I wanted to be reimbursed for the missing piece, they never acknowledged my email but I "mysteriously" received the missing item, which is clearly of no use to me now. I will never order from this company again.
I don't even give this one star but I had to click it to submit. I ordered from Shindigz, I didn't receive part of my order which in turn created a scramble to find something comparable in the11th hour. The product I did receive didn't even stand on its own-it was so bad. Do not bother w this company!
I tried to get a cardboard cutout of my dad for his bday party. He is 6 foot 2 inches. The cutout is not even 5 ft tall! When I called, they said my picture had space above his head, even though I paid for image cut-out service. They would not refund or reprint- just offered me a coupon! Do not trust this scam

I typically do not write poor reviews but I am completely disappointed in this company. I have no idea where the majority of order is (even though I received an email saying it was delivered and all I received was a small set of plates out of the $322 order). The 4x I've called and waited for close to an hour and never got past the "16th caller in line". The online chats were not helpful and when I requested a transcript of the chat I never received it. The 4 emails I've sent have yet to be responded to or helpful. It's very frustrating to not receive any update. I do not recommend this company.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I waited over a month for my order for my bussiness the Hall for Parties. Customer service emails take days to answer and I've been on hold multiple times trying to reach customer service for help. Currently have been on hold almost an 2 hour every day. I need some help! I just want my money back so I can be done with this. Wish I've see at the Facebook reviews and coments before I ordered.
If you need your items for an event, do not use this company. Terrible customer service only chat that does not work half the time), not reliable at all. DO NOT GIVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, use another company
I ordered wrist poms for my cheer team on 5/10/21. UPS tracking says my order was delivered to Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I paid $164 for the poms and have not received them! I completed the form and still no reply!

I placed an order on 5/6, with guaranteed shipping of 5/27. I was charged on 5/18 so I assumed it had been shipped. On 5/26 I checked to see where the item was in transit. To my surprise it hadn't shipped. They told me they are behind and would cancel the order. It's been a week and still no refund. Received a generic email from them today saying order was cancelled and the hold on my credit card will disappear. I told them they charged me on 5/18. I just now received a note saying they credited me on 5/27. They clearly can't get their crap together. Would never order from them again. Would advise others to look at their Facebook page where so many customers are angry or annoyed with the lack of communication from this company.

Please do not order from this company. Read the reviews like I failed to do. Placed an order for barbie box, paid upcharge for fast shipping and never received item! Called amd noone answers the phone or emails. They take your money, lie to you, and update their site daily! Do not order from them!
I haven't yet written a review for these guys even though they were one of my first companys I ordered from. Since February I have ordered 4 times from Shindigz and each time MORE than satisfied! I like to order their wine labels for all my events and personalized ANYTHING always makes a great gift or adds that personal touch to your party! I was so shocked to see these reviews. Ordering was a breeze and shipping was a delight as well. Within 5 days. Right now were planning my brother-in-laws Mason Ball for March and I fully plan on going to Shindigz for all my personalized party needs!

I have ordered 3 times from Sindigz. The first two I received in a timely manner, one of which was personalized. Therefore I ordered a third. I ordered another personalized sign on March 6 for a March 27th event. Just received today, April 23! No explanation or apology. Obviously I can't use this sign and the site says they won't accept returns on personalized items. Buyer beware!
So I bought a "life size" cutout, the description said 6' tall, then you can chose The material, so I chose the cheapest one. After I hit submit The description of the item I bought pops up and it says 4'. So a second later I tried to cancel or adjust the order and was told it was too late as it is an automatic system so everything has been processed. Waste of money! I don't need it now, so aggravated!

I ordered the basic party pack expecting to receive all items pictured. Instead of receiving printed cups, I received white paper cups. Customer service said all party packs receive white cups and that they will tell web development about the misleading photo. Had I known I'd get white paper cups, I never would have ordered the party pack! I definitely could have gotten better quality napkins and plasticware cheaper elsewhere! Obviously I should have know the cups would be white from the picture!

Do not order from this company! I ordered the ultimate party pack and received white paper cups instead of printed cups as pictured. The plates are so flimsy they are bent even in the shrink wrap. I requested to return the entire order. They emailed saying their machine is down that prints the cups, so that is why they sent white cups. Instead of authorizing a return, they offered to send extra plates. I responded with a request to return the entire order as sending more inferior product would not resolve the issue. I have not received a reply.

I placed an order on May 7th for both of my daughters graduation. It showed I should of received them by May 27th which is today. I've tried calling several times with no response I have less then two weeks now to find another company to make the signs I wanted. Very disappointed in this company.

Customer service is terrible. My order arrived missing several parts. I called to try to get replacement parts, or at the very least, information about the parts I was missing to make my dice standee work (maybe I could buy them quicker elsewhere), and was not given much help. All I received were canned, scripted answers via an IM. No thought involved and the goal of "actually helping a customer" was definitely not there. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor, instead of being connected, the representative (Errick) dismissively said the supervisor had already agreed with him. I'm still missing the parts and will now have to figure out how to make this product work on my own.
I ordered a personalized coffee travel mug for my uncle. And yes, I knew it wouldn't super great quality, but we loved the personalization part. Well, we asked for blue (color looked blue on the computer), and received purple! Then I was told I chose a bue/purple color. First of all, WTH?! Second, then why is it just straight purple! They only offered to refund the cup even though shipping was literally twice as much. I really just want a new insert in an appropriate color. Never again...
