My purchase was delivered quickly although a couple of the bottles were broken when delivered. I sent an email to ShinDigz and was credited immediately for the broken items. I will definitely look to purchase additional items from ShinDigz but hate paying for shipping. I would love to receive free shipping/returns.
I expend around $2.000,00 on a cheap cardboard material that came missing the lights (the most exciting part) they refund $25.00 and told me to buy it at amazon. I place 4 orders, 2 have arrived and 2 are missing the party is in a week and they simply don't have an answer. PLEASE BE CAREFULL, party times are supposed to be fun and not a nightmare.
UPDATE... never received the product or my money back
I was promised a delivery date of 3/24/21. My order was placed on 3/13/21. The only traction I have regarding this is "Order is Confirmed." No tracking info ever updated. I chatted with an online agent because I never got to anyone on the phone. Her name was Victoria. She staed that my order was suppose to ship the day before, but a delay occurred and she would have it shipped overnight. Moments later I called the customer service number and got a person by the name of Kelsey. She said my order hadn't even reached production yet. I questioned her. So, what exactly was going to be shipped to me the day prior if my order hasn't even made production? She then stated that they have an outdated system & s communication issue & to maybe wait it out. This "business" is a JOKE! Please don't order from here. Now I have to come up with last minute solutions for my daughter's birthday! Hopefully, my refund won't take as long as this nonexistent order.
I placed an order a month in advance AND paid expedited shipping and I did not receive my package on time. It wasn't even shipped until the date I should have received it. The bigger issue is I emailed customer service several times and never hear back. I tried calling today and couldn't reach a life person. I still have received my items and I would like a refund. Will keep trying but would recommend NOT ordering from the company. I am very disappointed. More so that I possibly load over $100.
I purchased frames from Stumps Party that said they would ship in 5 days. Little did I know that Stumps is actually Shidigz. The frames did not ship and we did not receive them before our prom. I have contacted them via their chat twice now, staying on hold for at least 3 hours each time until someone finally answers. They canceled my order, but have yet to refund my money. It has been 10 business days. They say that the refund was processed the same day, yet I have not money back. I'm out $350!
This company advertises Premium Next day delivery. They do NOT send the package, Premium Next Day Air. This Advertising is FALSE! They sent emails back and forth totally avoiding a refund and when I called, the Customer Service was even more Horrible. The person answering the phone to represent this company was very Confrontational, and Ignorant at best. Never addressed why I was calling, and then chose to simply hold the phone in silence. Dealing with this company is a Nightmare at best. I paid extra monies for Premium Shipping and I am expecting to be reimbursed for their lack of judgement and false advertising. Horrible service. I would recommend their service to a bird that cannot read, and whom does Not wish to order from anyone, lease of all this company.

Never! Order from this company. They suck. I ordered something for my son's graduation and only the stickers were sent/ I even sent proof to the company showing that only the mailbag with stickers came and it was marked 1of 1. I contacted them several times and NO ONE has reached out to me to rectify the problem or refund my money. I ended up going through Oriental Trading- Great Company. I receive all products- even personalized stuff within the week. I am trying to prevent someone else's disappointment and waste of money.
We are a small, rural, public library. We received a grant for our Summer Reading Program. I ordered several large, cardboard animals to go with our SR theme along with green foil fringe to use as a backdrop for the animals. We received the foil but nothing else. I called the company. Due to covid, they were not answering the phones. I sent five emails over the course of 6 weeks through their "contact us" forms. I contacted the BBB for a resolution. They did answer the BBB and assured me they would contact me within a week to resolve the issue. I have not received the promised cardboard animals or a refund. $80 might not seem like a lot of money to most people, but to our library it is. We don't just throw our decorations away after one use. I was going to re-use them until they couldn't be used anymore. I'm disappointed that this company chooses to conduct their business in this way.
I read some of the past reviews and I was skeptical, but the products and pricing they were offering were so great I figured I would give them a chance and take it as a lesson learned if something went wrong with my order. I was also ordering my supplies somewhat last minute so I didn't know if I would get them on time. Well, not only did I get ALL of the items I ordered on time, ALL of the items were exactly as described. Not sure if there is new management since any of the negative comments or maybe I was just lucky, but I just had to write a good comment since I was actually expecting to be writing a different type of comment here. They really did a great job! I will definitely use them again in the future!

I have ordered from this website numerous times for different types of parties and always gotten good prices and my orders have been shipped very quickly. Ive been using Shindigz for a while now. My orders have always been delivered promptly and in perfect condition. When I needed something sent to 30 different addressed and didnt want to put 30 separate orders in, Tami from their customer service team was kind enough to take on that burden, saving me time and money. I always loved Shindigz, but this made me really appreciate them and will continue to order my marketing materials from them every time.

Hey I would think twice before ordering from this company. They have terrible customer service. I ordered some labels for my husband's 40th birthday party and paid $22 extra for 2 day shipping and they arrived 2 days late after the party. I contacted the company and they told me my items could not be returned even though I could not use them and it was my fault for not allowing production time. It did not say anywhere when I placed the order to allot for extra time. I have received the same CSR and she is very rude and has no concern whether the company loses a customer or not. I have product which can't be used and can not return and I am out money. WHAT a RIP! I'm telling you be careful... if your product comes out wrong or late you are out and they are not willing to make it right... what a shame! With the economy the way it is, this business will be out of business if they keep this up! I will continue to complain and make sure anyone I know does not get ripped.

I ordered a 1920's car for an event that I had on May 7. I submitted the order for regular shipping on April 30 (3 to 5 business days) it was supposed to arrive around May 5. They sent me an email telling me the car would be in my house on May 8, one day after my event. Today is May 10 and the car is still missing. I placed an order on May9th Which I needed for June 23. Today is July 1st and I have not received the order. The order was $101.00, I have emailed them requesting a refund. No response, and when I called I get a recording. At is point I feel that I have been ripped off.
They turn the phone off and all it is is a recording so no one calls you back and you can message all day long and send emails all day long and no response whatsoever. They have already charged me for my purchase and haven't shipped.
I ordered a custom banner for my daughters graduation. It clearly says on the website 3 days for production of the banner. It even gives a date when it will be received by. After 3 WEEKS went by I called to inquire where it was. My account showed it wasn't even in production yet. REALLY. I could have ordered it from another company. I sent an email to them and it says their response time is 24 hours. Never received an email back. There is not customer service number to call and limited hours for a live chat. Finally was able to reach someone via live chat and asked for a refund. Will never order anything from Shindigz again
My son and daughter-in-law are expecting a girl and my daughter-in-law wanted a Very Hungry Caterpillar theme for her baby shower. I was pleasantly surprised to find Very Hungry Caterpillar supplies at Shindigz that were tailored specifically for a baby girl. I ordered a personalized banner, personalized cups, and plates, and they came promptly and were perfect. I called once to check on the order, and the representative to whom I spoke was friendly, polite, and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend this company. The supplies made the shower special.

Honestly if they would have had a quarter star or a half a star that's what they would have got this is a horrible unprofessional company you have to keep contacting them and they will not contact you back you call their phone number and they'll tell you you have 18 to 20 people in front of you on the phone waiting to talk to them everybody has complaints this is a horrible company do not buy nothing from them they are overpriced and they take forever to send you your items
Avoid this company at all cost. I tried to work with them with the wrong address shipping issue. They will not budge. They do not check all packages they ship to. So if u screw on your shipment, you're screwed on your money. I hope greed is worth the complains you'll get from me.

I ordered one of those big masks for my masquerade wedding. The mask I received had dents in the corners.The box was a little beat up but I thought nothing of it and call customer service and they sent a replacement out no problem. Cool. The 2nd one I got was also beat up and crinkled in the corners and in the middle. This time the shipping box was in good shape so I know it wasn't UPS. I called customer service again and they said because they are $150 a pop they don't want to send out another one just in case it looks the same so they refunded me THIRTY FIVE dollars.
