Gone way down hill

I have ordered from this company for many years and it has always been great, but my recent order has been a nightmare. I am missing part of my order and I tried to call, but they don't take phone calls. I've emailed 3 times with no response. My event is approaching fast and I still don't have my order. I had to reorder what I need from Amazon. So disappointing. I will never order from them again.

Worst customer experience ever

My first order (SZ*******) came without my husband's vertical birthday banner, embarrassing. Second order (SZ*******) was missing many graduation yard decorations/items. This is going to be devastating to this young woman who lost her dad, we were trying to make this day special for her.

I ordered a personalized table top and just regular plates for a baby shower. I ordered way in advance and they stated I would receive my order in time of event when ordered. Well, I have not received anything and no one has contacted me back! Customer service at its worst! I never write reviews but I had to share incase someone wants to order from Shingdiz to make their event special, DON'T!

This company is fraudulent. Don't buy from them! They have no customer service and nobody is accountable for anything. They turned off their phone service and never return any calls.

I placed my order on May 8th only because the website showed I would receive my order in plenty of time before my son's grad party. My order hasn't shipped! I have emailed and NO reply! When you call the recording states to email the company and doesn't give you any options to talk to someone. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

They turn the phone off and all it is is a recording so no one calls you back and you can message all day long and send emails all day long and no response whatsoever. They have already charged me for my purchase and haven't shipped.

Ordered items 4/21 for graduation. Received incomplete order 5/7. Reached out and they told me they would expedite the rest of the order and would get 5/14. Never shipped it out. You can't talk to someone, only email and chat. They don't respond to email. DO NOT USE

Senior Ball

Purchased favors & a banner for my sons Senior Ball May 10th & paid for expedited shipping. I was supposed to receive items between May 14th - 18th and as of the 20th order still shows unfulfilled. I tried to call the business and was informed to email or live chat. Tried to live so and no one ever got on after waiting 2 hours, emailed & messaged and no reply. Senior Ball is Saturday and I doubt my items will arrive. All I want is my money refunded and will never order from the company again.

I wish I could submit a negative score. Received an email in response to my inquiry about my order, promising that my order would be completed and received by my required event date. However, when I asked for tracking information I received no response, and since then, no response at all - they have gone "radio silent". I figured out how to login in and look up my order on their site and it says "UNFULFILLED" under order status. So they basically lied to me to appease me. In addition, they won't answer their phone and their "live chat" access has apparently been removed from their website. "Don't call us, we'll call you." I've cancelled my order that they've already charged me for so this should be fun. I now get to spend more time talking to my credit card company to get the charge reversed.

Company is fraudulent

Ordered big heads almost a month ago now. I never received my order. Company does not respond to email. They claim live chat available as they are so busy. Nope! Phone just gives recording to use live chat. Contacted my credit card company. Do yourself a favor. DONT SHOP HERE!

I ordered from this site for my daughter's graduation. I ordered the head cut outs on May 3rd, they charge me on May 7th, after charge the order was never updated. They never emailed stating the order was being processed or anything. I honestly forgot I had ordered from them. As graduation got closer, I reached out to them to check my order status. Well their site indicates you have to download a whole app to check the status. Well I download the "Shop," app and still not one update on the order. I then go to the website again and try to reach out to customer service. Well their customer service just consists of sending an email. If you try to call them, you get a recording and they direct you back to the website to the chat option. Well that chat option is just another email option for you to send another message. I haven't heard anything from them, no response to the 3 different emails I've sent to them. I have contacted my bank and disputed the charges because I haven't heard one word regarding my purchase. For my shipping I did Economy because I had ample amount of time for the items to arrive by graduation. If I could give less than 1 star, I would! I would give them a negative star. This company is HORRIBLE and a complete SCAM! Don't use them unless you can wait an eternity to receive your items. And maybe you will receive them, and maybe you won't. I am still waiting.
Hopefully my bank will honor my dispute because I have yet to receive anything or hear anything from this scamming company.

Terrible service

I ordered a custom banner for my daughters graduation. It clearly says on the website 3 days for production of the banner. It even gives a date when it will be received by. After 3 WEEKS went by I called to inquire where it was. My account showed it wasn't even in production yet. REALLY. I could have ordered it from another company. I sent an email to them and it says their response time is 24 hours. Never received an email back. There is not customer service number to call and limited hours for a live chat. Finally was able to reach someone via live chat and asked for a refund. Will never order anything from Shindigz again

I ordered, with expedited shipping, 5 banners for senior day for my sons lacrosse team. Although the website said they would arrive between ‘at 14th -15th the website still has the as unfulfilled. I have tried the chat, emailing and calling to no avail. We have ordered these banners in past years and this years seniors are really looking forward to seeing theirs hanging at the field for their senior game. Please let me know how to make this happen!

I ordered a "grad" sign on April 6th. I was charged $110 on April 7th. At the time I ordered I was told they would ship April 28th. I have not received the "grad" sign nor can I get any answer on any form of communication. I have emailed 2 times and I have tried the phone and the Message system on their website for over 1 week and not one response. I am very disappointed in their company and I would not suggest them to anyone. I will need to figure out how to get my money back from the credit card company. I would not order anything from this company. I will not use them again- which is to bad - because they look like they have good product. But, if you can't get anyone to answer and no product - It doesn't matter how good they look - I have paid a lot of money for nothing.

I've ordered a lot of things online and have never experienced what Shindigz is currently putting me through. I ordered 17 yard signs for an event I was having on 5/2/21. After almost four weeks of waiting, 13 out of the 17 signs arrived. Three of the signs had a green hue on the faces of the people and four of the signs never arrived. Multiple copies of the same signs were included in the package as well. I called the number listed on the website four different times, sometimes staying on hold for upwards of 2 1/2 hours. I emailed four times too. I subsequently had to pay extra money to a another company to have the missing signs created in time for the event. I have been trying to contact someone to get a refund for the signs that never came and the signs that were damaged to no avail.The phone number that was listed on the website is no longer in service and the "contact us" mode of communication leads back to an automated reply saying someone will be in touch soon. I am beyond frustrated and at this point. I am putting in a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Division for the state of Maryland to help me get my money back at this point.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am very frustrated with the lack of and/or ZERO communication from Shindigz. Since my order was placed, I messaged Shindigz several times and have had NO response regarding my order. Two of the three items I ordered did NOT ship in time as scheduled for my daughter's graduation. I asked for updates from Shindigz leading prior to the event date and received no response. I am so disappointed due to the fact that I was referred by someone to order from them for the first time and this was my experience. No one is available via phone and there hasn't been a Live Chat available on their website as stated in their voice mail each time I jump on Shindigz website. I sent another message to cancel the remainder of my order along with the shipping fee attached to those items. If I don't hear from them I plan to report Shindigz to the BBB and will write reviews everywhere I can to prevent another customer from experiencing what I went through.

Huge Disappointment
May 10, 2021

Ordered a large moon for our Prom. Paid extra for shipping so it would ship at the latest on the day we needed it. Downloaded Shop App as the site suggested to track package. Never showed tracking or sent notifications. Each time I checked, it read, "order purchased."
If you call, you can't speak with anyone. The message says to go to website. When you try to set up a chat, you can't submit. They finally did email. They apologized and said it will arrive on our prom date (May 7) at the latest. Today is May 10 and it never arrived. I'm hoping now it never will and we will be refunded. No response when I emailed about this.
