I ordered a big head with my son's face for his graduation along with another item. The other item arrived on time for the event but the big head never came. A full month after the order. Customer service is virtually non existent. I received no communication back when emailed previously inquiring about when it would ship. They did refund that portion of the order after sitting on live chat for over an hour but we never receive the item and were robbed of the opportunity to rectify the situation in time for the event. Will never use this company again.
I ordered my products. Received the 2 $5 items, but did not receive my props I spent all the money for. Contacted them and emailed. Stayed on hold for 3 hrs, no response, and then hung up. Very angry customer. I need my money back ASAP!
My customer paid the premium shipping, which was outrageous and only received half the order on time! Now you cannot get them to answer the phone or answer an email! May need to contact Better Business next.
I am very upset and disgusted with this company. I placed a graduation order 15 days ago with express shipping. I have not received. Customer service is a joke. No one answers the phone (a recorded message) nor respond to my emails. The graduates looked forward to displaying their products for the ceremony. Highly disappointed and I want a refund.

I have tried calling. No one answers and they don't return emails. My product is supposed to arrive Thursday. If it doesn't ship out on Monday, its not going to be here on time. Do not trust this company unless you order at least 6 months to a year in advance. I will let you know when, if my product arrives. I will also report if they will refund my money due to it not arriving on time. And I paid $44 for shipping! Im so upset with this company.

Do not order from them! There is no one to contact, there is an email and no one ever responds, there is a phone number that you can find on the web but it tells you to use their chat on their website that never works. I ordered decorations for my daughters backyard prom a total of $484.00 that included express shipping of $130. The stuff never came before her prom and I never received an update of any shipping. I then emailed them requesting a refund, filled out their online request for a someone to contact me and still never received any response. I then got an email 4 wks later saying they had refunded me my money back for my whole order minus my express shipping, which is nonsense. I put in my money to create something memorable for these kids that didn't get a prom. A business like this that has such great potential and some great items to make your party amazing should not be doing business like this...
This was my first experience with ShinDigz. I ordered two big heads for an upcoming concert that I was very excited about. On the day they were to arrive, I ended up receiving someone else's big head. I was very confused opening up a strangers head when I was expecting someone completely different. When I called and told them what happened they merely said "oh no that sucks" and gave me a refund. The whole purchase was pointless and I have wasted my time and anticipation. Never buying from ShinDigz again.

I have requested numerous ties that they remove me from their marketing list. Every other website I visit has an ad from them. While they said they would, it never happened. Whatever you do, don't give them your email address!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Had an issue with a Halloween prop I ordered... through no fault of Shindigz as it was a defective item from the manufacturer and they not only responded over the weekend even though Customer service is only Monday through Friday but they replaced my item with a new item and it's on its way to me now... not even 48 hours since I first contacted them. AMAZING! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will be using Shindigz again for sure!

We were running an event at our business for a fund raiser. A friend mentioned Shindigz for the banners. We ordered 3 banners one was 16 feet x 5 feet and the other 2 were a bit smaller. For the prices they charge I was not expecting anything to elaborate. To our surprise they arrived and were made of high quality material and were better then we imagined. The turn around time was very quick. We ordered some additional signs and they also arrived quickly and were made of the same quality material.
We are opening a new location for our business in a few months and i will definitely be getting our "Grand Opening" banners from here.
As a business owner I realize the power of reviews on the Internet. So when a company provides us with 5 start service I always try and leave good on line feedback.

I have ordered graduation signs for my daughter twice now. They tell me a date that they are supposed to be here. When it's time they give me my money back and no signs. I order from this company on 6/24/2021. My order SZ******* was promised a delivery on all products no later than 7/16/2021. I received one item as promised on my $200 dollar order. I wrote to this company via Facebook messenger about my order and was promised it will be here by my father's party. Well that didn't happen. I wrote them again about a complete refund and have not heard back since. This company is scam. Please do not waste your time on ordering anything because you will not receive anything as promise.
Ordered items 4/21 for graduation. Received incomplete order 5/7. Reached out and they told me they would expedite the rest of the order and would get 5/14. Never shipped it out. You can't talk to someone, only email and chat. They don't respond to email. DO NOT USE
The worst company I have ever purchased from. No customer service, No help, No one to talk to. They send boxes with cardboard inside that has nothing to do with your order. Do not use this site.
I placed an order and paid extra for it to arrive early. The order will not come in on time due to a delay.
The delay was not communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. The website listed the delivery date. Now, 3 days before the party my two year old has zero decorations. Lastly I have to wait 3-5 for a return of almost $200. I will never buy from again.

Tried to find their "chat" online feature they say they have on the phone message that says they aren't answering any calls. Email and chat only. Needless to say NO RESPONSE. So disappointed. I had to scramble last minute to find something else so as not to disappoint my son. They clearly don't care. Ruining a number of people's lives. Virus is impacting all of us but don't promise something and not deliver and worse yet ignore your customers. If the company is struggling post something so we know or cut off ordering. Don't leave people hanging and disappointing those that are trying to hard to plan and order something to add some brightness to someone's day while we are all impacted by this virus.

I ordered a custom graduation banner on May 6, paid $27 to have it arrive by May 13 and it's now May 21st and nothing. After 5 emails to "customer service" (I put in quotes because it's nothing near service) has yet to respond. Their phone line has a recording that says it's not taking calls, yet it claims to be a family-owned business which would lead one to believe that they would provide customer service. They sent some balloons and trim. Stuff you can get at Target. I paid $47 for a dozen balloons. My friend placed the same order and got one of 2 banners. Then a week later, she received the rest of her order. It's been a disaster. Now we're upon my daughter's actual graduation date, even though there is no ceremony, and I put all my faith in this "family-owned business" only to be majorly let down. I will now have to fight PayPal for my money back. Good times. TERRIBLE company. For those of you who did get your order on time, congratulations.

After one order went unfulfilled, missing an event date, I requested a second order be cancelled, on June 6, as I had secured alternate items from another company. Today, June 9, they email me to tell me the order has shipped (3 days after my cancelation request). If this is the way they now do business, I'll definitely take mine elsewhere.
I am so excited! I started not to order from this sight due to the nay sayers saying that they didn't receive there items on time! When I say I ordered my items for my daughters 4th birthday on Sunday and here it is Thursday and everything have came! Excellent customer service I emailed them they emailed me right back.
